No, they're still random with the native ones. What I do is get a level 59 Mean Look pokemon and use a repel, since there's no location they go to where you're going to have native ones higher. The birds are at 60, so they will be the only ones to show up.

Why are you pressing left and right? You shouldnt have to... Since Sweet Scenting on Water Advances by 3 It should make your Frame...
39-3= 36/2 =18 Flips
And what about the Trainers moving? You should stop them with your VS.Seeker so they dont Advance your Frame :)
I am trying to find a roaming Moltres to kill it so I can respawn the birds to RNG them. I have previously found it, but its not showing up on the map app for pokétch (I didn't catch or kill it). Should I just beat the e4 to respawn them? Also, when RNG-ing for the legendaries, is the fact that Oak is in the room when you RNG matter (b/c he's an NPC)?
i have them in front of me, usually they dont move, and since i just press X to put the menu, he usually does not move.
i press right and left, because changes the page of the journal each time.

when you turn on the game, the trainers can be in random positions, or in the same one than you saved??
No Because he doesnt move...
EDIT: Pastel you need to battle them to stop the NPC's... It doesnt matter if they usually dont mave they can randomly advance it and theres like 6 Trainers in that Area...

Ok to set it up, let's say I want to do Timid Staryu. So to get Staryu shiny, I can use a seed from wichu, and put that in the rng reporter, select the timid nature, and use DPPt Egg PID (Normal) for the method. Now just to understand correctly, the frame from the seed in wichu has nothing to do with anything correct? Also, since I choose the nature in the reporter, does it even matter what seed I use for wichu?

Then I believe, the NPCs appear in the position you saved them in, but they move in a different pattern after you leave them. So you can't rely on them for a target frame.

Okay I need a bit of help here. I am standing in front of Prof. Oak, and have successfully landed on my target time/frame. I'm not sure what to do now, and don't fully understand the instructions on these forums or the RNG Manipulation Guide on the main site.
I have successfully hit my frame/time of 968/9:05... B/c I hit exactly what I needed does that mean I don't have to do anything else except for talk to Prof. Oak so he can release the birds? Or is there more I have to do? On the Manipulation guide it says to take your target frame, and take away the Monster Frame + Wandering pokemon, so in this case:
Target: 968
Monster: 6
Wandering Pokés: 2
= 960
So should I advance my RNG by 960 or just talk to Oak to release the birds? :s

Is it possible to catch two Pokemon on the same Spread? Liked if I hit my Delay and did my Advances and everything and caught one Poke could I just advance it to another Poke's Encounter Slot and Catch another Pokemon?
And does catching a Pokemon advance your Frame? If so by how much?
And about the Trophy Graden Pokemon, would it be possible to have the current and previous Pokemon of the Day the same?

No, catching it passes it up, so to catch it again you would have to reset and hit your seed again.
Yes, at advances it a few past what you see in the "actual" column. That's actually what the actual column denotes.

Ok so I was told that when I SR, I should do my 10 coin flips to verify my seed, then do the taps on the happiness checker, and then do then go back to the coin flips to do the required number of flips. Just wanted to verify that. Also, can I do all my flips and taps with the parents in my party infront of the daycare lady?
To check your seed I don't think you would need to do anything more than just the coin flipping to verify your seed. and yes you can stand in front of the daycare lady and do your coin flips/happiness taps in front of the lady (that's what I do).
QUESTION:
When you open your journal (not flip) to a page that says you've caught a pokémon, does that count as advancing the RNG by 2? or is it ONLY when you flip to a page, and not open your journal to it?
