Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

No, it won't say you have the wrong date/time. If you have input it wrong in the Seed Finder, or set it wrong on the DS it will just continually give you the "No matches found for the IVs entered" error.

EDIT: This is always the reason why I get that error(usually I was just careless setting the date on my DS).

They match up, but don't give me the right iv's
According to syberia's tutorial I'm supposed to take my desired delay and subtract from it the delay I actually recieve with emloop's timer. That worked. Then I add the difference to my desired delay, which also worked. Then by what ever amount of secconds increase (4 for me almost every time) I minus 4 minutes from the time I was given. I think that's my problem, and possibly the problem in the tutorial, because then I'm not hitting continue at the time rng reporter wants me to. I was thinking I could resolve this by adding to the secconds timmer, but I don't know.
Suggestions?

Yeah, you don't want to lower the minutes; Syberia's guide is incorrect (or just worded very strangely) in that regard. You just need to power on your game/soft reset 19 seconds prior to the target time is all.

What IVs did you end up with? Since you hit your delay you must have missed your frame. Search that seed for the IVs you did get (use the DPPt Breeding drop-down option, or Generate Adjacent Results) subtract that number from your target frame and divide by 2. Do that many journal flips before you pick up the egg. If you are on an even frame aiming for odd or vice versa, then it may be easier to re-save, but you can try waiting for a split second to try and push the frame by 1. Btw, when you're going for egg IVs it's a lot easier to use the coin flip method to check your seed. Also, PikaTimer > emloop you should use it XD.

Syberia said nothing of a frame.. Thought it was unimportant, byebye 9 hours of my life..
Anyway, Sudo, I should decrease by 19 every time or just for that spread?
Edit:
I have no idea what my target frame was or how to find it

@Dj: Don't worry about changing the minutes right now. What Syberia was trying to describe was how a spread shows up more than 1 time in a day. I'll try and not confuse you, so to see for yourself click on the "Seed to Time" button on the main page of the RNG Reporter. Don't select a certain amount of seconds, and generate. You'll see how there's both multiple seconds that show up, and as the seconds decrease, the minutes increase. And the thing I'm seeing wrong from the two pictures is that you hit it at 19 seconds, not XX:XX:00 like you were supposed to assuming you were going for that spread. What you do for that spread is SR at around 41 seconds into the minute before, so that by the time you hit A after 19 seconds, you'll hit the time.

Sorry for the wall of text lol.

Sudo: It's just worded wiredly. Syberia was just showing how spreads can appear multiple times in the same hour, but the minutes/seconds are different for each.

So, say that I have a Target frame of 132 and the math says to subtract by 1 and then divide by 2 (course, if you have a roamer, subtract from "n" of roamers).
What say you to how to do the journal flips?

132-1 (Monster Frame) = 131-1 (Turn Once or in the case of being in a "quiet" area do 128 Steps and it will advance equal to the number of Pokémon in your party. )
So 132-2=130/2 = 65 Flips + 1 Turn or 128 Steps with an uneven amount of pokemon in your party in a "Quiet" area :)

And this works for WC Pokes? And if a NPC moves in a single spot, you know just stands in a single spot and moves in any direction, does that account for anything? Plus the moving? I know this is in the OP.

And this works for WC Pokes?

Well no because I dont think you want to do 128 Steps in a place where theres NPC's.... You shouldve mentioned that...
For Even Frames for WC Pokemon either release a Roamer or pause and let an NPC turn once
EDIT: If they turn it advances by one but sometimes they randomly advance it :(

So lets see:
Save
SR
Quickly pickup poke
Check Delay
Rinse and Repeat till Delay is met
Get poke

All allowing the NPC to turn once? Then again, @Survival Area, the NPC does go left and right in a straight line and of course turns as well.

There is really nothing you have to do to this file other than copy it from the zip file, after you download into the same directory as the exe, and then run the exe. It looks fine. And the error you are presenting happens before the program even runs, so I really don't know what could cause it. Look for common themes along both of those computers, maybe. Do they both have any software in common like anti-virus, or something else intrusive like that?

Maybe try putting the directory where you copy everything into "Program Files", although I could really only see that needing to happen on vista and if I remember correctly you are running on XP.

I still think that it may have something to do with the configuration file comrade, since if i run the RNGreporter without the config file, it just doesn't activate, whereas i run the RNGreporter in the same directory as RNGReporter, the config error pops out.

Also. I'm still currently using XP, although this time on a different computer.

Sort of a newbish question, but I'm going to try for my first abuse in weather soon. If you catch a pokémon by using sweet scent to verify your seed, what frame does that put you on? I'm assuming Sweet Scent on grass by the way, so I know the first Pokémon will have frame 2.

Some background info:
Initial Seed - 2e02039f
Target Frame - 913
Desired Pokemon - Mareep
Location - Valley Windworks

Here is exactly what I did. Hit the seed and use radar, but no radar poke. Use radar again, radar patch is 2 below me. I walk down, no turns, and fight Shellos. I flee and radar again, this time the patch shows up right next to me. I turn and step and catch a Mareep to start my chain(frame 64). The next patch shows up next to me once again. I open my journal do 420 flips, turn twice and step into the patch to catch Mareep(frame 953). I reset repeating everything exactly the same, except I only do 400 flips. SURPRISE Shellos(frame 913)!

I just got finished radaring a few Dittos, so I'm not quite sure what I did wrong. Do I try again and pray it's Mareep this time, go for a different spread, or some 3rd option I don't know?

^ thats so wierd, i didn't know it could change pokes. well if it can, then try again.
My question is how do you rng for the nature for wondercard pokemon?

Hi!

I wanted o learn how to RNG Breed so I did the frame calibiration. The result was 3 x Frame 1. Is this odd or is this just normal for many people as Delay 600-610?
