I'm reading this and am confused.

Does "load the game" mean "hit continue" or to just get to the continue screen? What does it mean?

really are you using the correct ID/SID, and that you are hitting the right delay and target time?
because I breed with two parents with different ID/SIDs and it always works for me
What's going on? I think I have no idea how to use the RNG Reporter correctly. I want to get a good spread for a Shiny Timid Darkrai. So I put in the Syncher as Timid, put in his Nature as Timid, put in my ID and SID, Ability is "Any" I check marked "Shiny Only." The min/max delays are 600/610 and the year is 2010. The Max Frame is 1000 (don't know what that means). And I'm generating using Method J. But no spreads came up. It ran a huge progress bar and nothing was ever found. :\ What gives?
EDIT: I set Speed and SpAtk = 31, the rest >== 28 and ATK >== 0. Still nothing. :\

You don't have any good timid spreads with those delays and/or that low of a frame. All of my good ones are over 3000 (some around 700)
Try using JavaRNG, it searches higher delays than 999 and all frames.
EDIT: And those restrictions are the main reason you didn't get any results, all ID combinations have certain PIDs that appear shiny. The chances of you having a spread that good without the aid of Pandora's Box, especially with those low delays, are very VERY slim.
You have to use one of your Method J Shiny Spreads, you can find them by using PokeRNG.
And you cant just "choose" what Spread you want when it comes to Shiny Spreads, unless you are to Reset or ID/SID Abuse for a good combo for what you want.

OK, I'm using this JavaRNG Program. What is the meaning of "Max Wait?" Also, what is "Start" and "End 0-Infinite?"

Max wait is an option if you don't want to input a delay, but rather how long you want to wait at the continue screen for your delay.
Ignore "Start" and "End 0"
You should set your delay higher or use the Max Wait option, and the search doesn't show you how many results until it's done, unlike Reporter.
And the higher the delay/wait the better my chances right?
EDIT: Even if I say how large the delay I want it to search until, how am I supposed to know how many seconds that translates into me idling on the screen? :\ And vice versa? It says that delay = seconds x 60 but that's not true, as 14 x 60 in my case doesn't = 600-605.

That would be because there is a pause when the frame isn't increasing. You know how it white screens? Well, while it's white screening delay doesn't increase, but the seconds do.
Oh, I see. Thank you. So I should be able to deduce that I should simply idle by subtracting my delay from my max delay and dividing that number by 60?
EDIT: Also it says the search results are saved to the same folder as the program. But the program is in my Desktop. What is the name of the search results? The filename?

Not sure I hit it correctly and did the taps and everything about 5 times ill keep trying if it works for you.
It says the search is completed and that the files are in the same folder as the program, but they're not. What is it talking about? Can anyone help? :( I've run several searches and it's returned no results (well it says it has but it hasn't).
well you can always just go and catch a pokemon at level 50 or higher to check if you hit your delay and target time by using RNG reporter's seed finder
