Anyone? :(
OK, I have located several "Spreads" files, but they are mostly Excel and mostly blank, with names like "SpreadsJ" and "Spreads2" and things of that sort. I found two .txt documents: "Spreads1" and "SpreadsJunk." Both, when opened, reveal trash spreads that I did not search for. What gives? How can I make JavaRNG save/return results I searched for?
I suggest you using PokeRNG. it stil works the best imo.
fast, reliable, good. only thing you have to do is to adjust the frames to RNG Reporter
I presume Raikou is frame 1 & Entei frame 6, but if I were you I would RNG Raikou the first time and then Faint and re-release Entei. I can't exactly recall which poster but someone previously attempted to RNG both and was unable to get the desired Entei (they were able to get the desired Raikou though).
Correct, it's not possible due to the fact that Entei will always have +5 frames from the seed you hit at the time you release Raikou as well.
So in order to be able to RNG both you'd have to find a spread where a reasonable spread for entei lies 5 frames apart from the spread for raikou.
And such a spread doesn't exist.
So you have two options:
1) Rng for Raikou, faint Entei, rerelease it after Elite 4
2) Rng for Raikou, make a Savestate before that, re-RNG for Entei. you'd need two savegames though. logically...
first option sucks, second two, but I rather prefer second to be honest, it doesn't take that much time and only thing you have to do is transfer the Entei from one savegame to another.
But well it of course depends if you play it with or without savestates.
