Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

After 3 hours of trying, hit the target time and delay and capture the pokemon twice but with the wrong iv.

Can someone comfirm does a step in the area where regigigas equal a step?
Thanks in advance
check what frame you do land on then adjust accordingly and as for the 1 step thing are there wild pokemon in that room, if not then it doesn't work and you'll need to do the 128 steps instead to advance the RNg by a number equal to the number of pokemon in your party

wear off the repel and if you run into a wild poke then it does advance the frame
I was wearing repel and have a lv 5 sync as lead and a wild pkmn attack.

Nexus
When I took 3 steps and did the flips, the reporter said I was off by 2.
4474 -1(regi) -3(to get the frame even) / 2

then I took 1 step and did the flips and got the wrong frame

When people talk about "freezing NPCs with the VS Seeker," does this mean you can go around to every battle-able NPC in the area, use the VS Seeker on them (until you freeze all of them), save, SR, and they will still be frozen upon loading the game?

OK, I have located several "Spreads" files, but they are mostly Excel and mostly blank, with names like "SpreadsJ" and "Spreads2" and things of that sort. I found two .txt documents: "Spreads1" and "SpreadsJunk." Both, when opened, reveal trash spreads that I did not search for. What gives? How can I make JavaRNG save/return results I searched for?

can someone tell me i just learned how to rng abuse for shiny now i wanna learn how to get good iv's now so i can have hidden powers and stuff and its kind of hard to understand the guide because i don't fully understand it like frames and what seconds you use and stuff like that

um speaking of methods. Are Wondercard Pokemon Method J? sorry its a noob question as I just started 2days ago and am a little rocky at this.

Thanks. How do I determine which one is getting which spread?
I presume Raikou is frame 1 & Entei frame 6, but if I were you I would RNG Raikou the first time and then Faint and re-release Entei. I can't exactly recall which poster but someone previously attempted to RNG both and was unable to get the desired Entei (they were able to get the desired Raikou though).

Anyone? :(

Has anyone on here RNG'd on Route 225 before? I'm trying to get a Makuhita, and the route is huge; there's so many NPCs here. By the time I use the VS Seeker on 4 of them, the first of them is not willing to battle anymore, which I assume means that it is advancing the frame again. Does anyone have any advice for me? There are no "breaks" in this route (like how some are divided into Route x North and Route x South, where NPCs on one don't affect the other), are there?

I suggest you using PokeRNG. it stil works the best imo.
fast, reliable, good. only thing you have to do is to adjust the frames to RNG Reporter

I presume Raikou is frame 1 & Entei frame 6, but if I were you I would RNG Raikou the first time and then Faint and re-release Entei. Correct, it's not possible due to the fact that Entei will always have +5 frames from the seed you hit at the time you release Raikou as well.

So in order to be able to RNG both you'd have to find a spread where a reasonable spread for entei lies 5 frames apart from the spread for raikou.

And such a spread doesn't exist.

So you have two options:

1) Rng for Raikou, faint Entei, rerelease it after Elite 4
2) Rng for Raikou, make a Savestate before that, re-RNG for Entei. you'd need two savegames though. logically...

first option sucks, second two, but I rather prefer second to be honest, it doesn't take that much time and only thing you have to do is transfer the Entei from one savegame to another.

But well it of course depends if you play it with or without savestates.

I've done the third option. I've RNG'd for Entei first. Got him easily, it was just a math problem after all. Then, I've fainted Raikou and left him to be abused later, when I had the patience.

What is the encounter slot for the "swarming" pokemon in the trophy garden? it doesn't say at the charts...

Current Pokemon of the Day is Encounter Slot 6
The Previous Pokemon is Slot 7
And it lists it in the guide :)
The Guide said:
Slot 0: 0-19 20% (Swarm)
Slot 1: 20-39 20% (Swarm)
Slot 2: 40-49 10%
Slot 3: 50-59 10%
Slot 4: 60-69 10%
Slot 5: 70-79 10%
Slot 6: 80-84 5% (Trophy Garden, Current)
Slot 7: 85-89 5% (Trophy Garden, Previous)
Slot 8: 90-93 4%
Slot 9: 94-97 4%
Slot 10: 98 1%
Slot 11: 99 1%
