Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

hello im starting to RNG and I have a few questions:
...
8.Encounter a wild Pokémon as quickly as possible.
9.Catch the encountered Pokémon.
10.Select "Breeding (DPPt)" and then click "Generate" with this initial seed.
the thing I dont understand here is with this initial seed. I dont understand with which initial seed? with the poke I cautch or something?
Also does when you press to start the game and the screen goes white. does the white screen second counts in the delay?

Use the "DPPt Seed Finder" button, then the "Find Initial Seed By Stats" tab, using the stats of the Pokémon you just caught, to get the initial seed.

and if it says that there are too many results I need it to rare candy up or do I need to fly to a place where lvl 50 or higher pokes live after I took my egg?

ok so if I understood corectly I need to:
1pick up the egg
2fly to where level 50 pokemon are
3capture on and use its stats to figure out the seed.
is this right?

I have a question. I am RNG'ing for a Swarm pokémon on Route 229. Unless I am mistaken, these the steps I should take in order to stop the moving NPC trainers and land on the right frame (target frame: 868):
1. Use emloop to enter the game on the correct seed
2. Upon hitting correct seed, defeat all moving NPC trainers
3. Catch a wild pokémon to see what frame you are currently on
4. Add 5 to the frame you are on (b/c battles advance the RNG by 5) and do the required RNG advances accordingly?

Am I correct? If not, could someone please quickly explain what I should do?

Still haven't gotten my response.

You should defeat the NPC's before you try and hit your delay... If you change the Date or even shut off the game the NPC's will still not move, thats if there defeated, the only way youll have to defeat them again is if you leave the area.
So just defeat them and RNG like normal :)
But other then that then yes your right, but theres an easier way to do it :x

Has anyone found frames to abuse the legends in Emerald?

I'm mainly looking for frames close to:

31/31/31/31/31/31

For the natures: Adamant / Jolly / Hasty / Naive / Modest / Timid

I did found some frames using PokéRNG but those are frames like:

709614976F 4bc37ad4 (NAIVE, ability 0) 30/30/30/31/30/30 (Seed: 00000000 Frame: 709614976) HP GROUND 70

They would cost me more then a month to get there.

lol if you want anything close to those IVs then a long period of time is what your going to have to wait but if your on a VBA I think there's a way to accelerate the frame advancements so it does not take a whole month

I found this adamant spread: frame: 307114 31/30/31/9/30/31 and its only a little more than an hour

I have a quick question. I have successfully hit my seed, and I am trying to determine what frame I am on (I have moving NPC's in the area I'm in). I have caught one pokémon, who's spread can be hit on a frame of 199 at the highest. I caught another pokémon to check where I am. This pokémon's spread is available only on frames 210, 250, and 262. I used a sweet scent pokémon to capture both, and tried my hardest to allow no movement for NPC's in between battles. What I want to know is what frame am I on? 215, 255, or 267? I'm guessing 215 but I'm not sure and I don't want to mess up again :s here is some additional info:
SEED: 550D028D
Spread for poké 1: 5/22/19/24/26/15 (Adamant synchronizer)
Spread for poké 2: 2/29/31/4/22/17 (No synchronizer)

can anyone help me?

the second spread is either frame 210 250 262 or 332, all of which are on an actual frame of 341. and you forgot to mention that it is naughty.

the first one ranges from 71-199, but is on an actual frame of 202.

i hope this heps because i honestly have never done this and dont know how else i can help you

Trying to receive a perfect wondercard Jirachi and i had a question. If i have a single pokemon wondering, would this be the coorect formula?

Desired Frame: 116
116-1-1 = 114
Journal Flips: 114/2 = 70

I don't mean normal delays :/. I'm talking about the high delays from spreads that you would use from the wichu program. Whatever Calibrate and SR techniques you use for one game, can you use it for another game (as far as the SR goes)?

Still wondering.

Is there anyway to change the delay when receiving a wondercard pokemon? It's asking me for a delay of 639 but i usually get the delay 619. If i use a seed with that delay, i don't get the right IVs with the target frame.

well you can learn to use a timer but for that you would need a much higher delay than 639 or you can change the year to 20 years later and that will decrease the delay down to 619

Yeah i forgot the delay changed depending on the year. I can't be bothered to learn how to use the Pika Timer so i'll settle. Thanks.
