Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

THATS NOT HOW IT WORKS.

the first timer, you reset the game, the second, you check your delay/time

its the exact same thing, and im just giving you another suggestion cause your current way seems to not be working and my roamers are all caught so i dont know anything about that.

Could running into a lower than level 50 Pokemon when you are supposed to run into a level 50 up Pokemon ruin your whole RNG thing? Because I was doing one and I ran into a low level Bellsprout (which can be found with level 50 Pokemon) and I was just wondering, because everything was off with the Pokemon I bred and thats the only thing I think went wrong.

I'm trying to hit a delay of 489 on 8/6/2010 (today's date) but it kept on doing no elm results...I then put it to 2004 where I need to get 495 but I only got 489 so what should I do

One of my friends is starting to RNG in HG/SS, but he doesn't have the Togepi that was hatched to give to Elm because he traded it away. Is there any way to fix this? Can he breed a Togepi and give it to him?

RNGing a wondercard PKMN (e.g. Wish Jirachi from Gamestop) is the same as RNGing for stationary legendaries (e.g. Dialga/Palkia) right?

Klutch, I think the first page has some info about it. I know it's not the normal Method K, and I know the natures are completely random.

Due to the success of me being able to tackle shiny egg breeding on D/P/Pt, I have decided to try it on HG. I've calibrated a lot of times now and I come up with the result ranges:

Seconds: 21-22
Delay: 491-501

Is this normal? Please help

well?...anyone? lol

it does exist you just have to select timid as the synchronizer nature then hit genrate and it will appear starting at frame 304.

Isn't 304 pretty high? Is there any way to advance the frame faster than calling Elm that is still consistent? Calling Elm 304 times sounds like a pain lol.

I take it you mean you adjust with pikatimer. Not much. Just keep in mind that if you're way off, adjusting will affect your seconds. Just look at the second timer box - if after adjusting you see that your second values have increased, then don't do it, lol.

Yes, I do mean pika timer.Ive been off by 5,9, and 13 so i guess i wont adjust yet.
EDIT:Realized i was trying to hit a even delay rather than odd...

Haha - but being off by those small margins ARE reason to adjust. You don't adjust if you're off by alot - like 40+ lol. Though even then it should still be "okish" over 60 and yeah, probably not.

Just try to be as consistent as possible on the dings and you'll hit it eventually :)

Why is it that I keep consistently hitting delays 912~920... ;_;? I just want to hit 950 dammit. At least I'm hitting the right time consistently.

Now my delays just keep alternating between 916 and 920. x_x RNG is mocking me...

RNG Reporter wont function properly, I get a NET.Framework error
When I select Continue, the Generate option of the RNG reporter wont work
These are the Details of the error

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.
For example:
<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>
When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.
