I have a question about RNGing Wondercards.
I'm going for this

My question is, how many Joey and/or Elm Calls do I make after I've confirmed my delay?
EDIT: Never mind! I found the solution myself, got the spread two times in a row, but the nature was shit.. :(

When you receive it from the PokeMart.
IVs are determined by the frame, which is locked into place the moment you initiate the talk with the delivery man.
Nature (if unset) is determined once the dialog between you and the green man is over. Nature for dynamic wondercards is not based on the frame, but is reliant on another rapidly advancing value (ingame delay).

Nope, there's a couple with one. Platinum is a pain. You pretty much need to find a spread with a very low frame (probably with a high delay), have the journal auto open so you can do your flips, then exit and quickly mash A to try to avoid NPC movment. You may need to release a roamer depending on whether you have an odd or even target frame using this method.
i've been hitting delays all over the place, odd delays even delays you name it. i'm using pikatimer but it's just not working. help please?
Ok so in that case assuming you have no roamers out, you will need to have the journal auto-open, do 3 journal flips, then exit and pick up your gift quickly. If an NPC moves before you can pick it up, you may want to try re-saving at a point where the NPC is stationary. Keep in mind that it's possible for NPCs to advance the frame even if they don't move. Last night I RNG'd Jirachi in Platinum. It was Jolly 31/31/31/9/31/31. I had actually no problem at all, even though the nature was random every time. Now I've been trying to get Jirachi in SoulSilver (it's the SMR2010 Jirachi). I've been using the seed 0F080263 and my target frame is 136. I have hit the right delay several times and I've advanced the frame to 136 (10 Elm Calls and 63 Youngster Joey calls in total and yes, he isn't seeking a rematch) And yes, I have showed Togepi egg to Elm and Pokerus to Nurse Joy. As far as I know, I've done everything correctly. I killed all the roamers (Entei/Raikou/Latios) before starting. This is my first HG/SS RNG but I've done it for a while in Platinum. I've been trying to do this in Cerulean City's PokeMart since it has no wandering NPC's. Can someone please help me with this one?

You can't find the IV spread on any frames around your target?
The IV's should be 31/26/31/30/30/31 and it should have HP Ground 70, however it has random IV's for some reason. Am I doing something wrong? (Maybe wrong amount of Joey/Elm calls etc?) Does the partner Pokemon affect frames?

What IVs does it have? You should be checking the frame you're on with elm calls when you are close to your seed. You should stop after you do the call to advance to frame 135. Example:
132-k
133-k
134-p
135-p
136-k
Here, you would stop after you make the call for the second p, and then pick up your gift, which will have the IVs of frame 136.
check the IVs and see if they are close to your target frame, try to determine that before doing anything else.
Hmm maybe I'll try again and calculate its IV's? And if I got it right, should I only advance the frame to 135 and then pick up Jirachi? If so, could you please explain why is it so because in Platinum I didn't have to do anything like that?
It's the exact same in platinum, pearl, or whatever. You subtract 1 when you calculate journal flips. This is the same thing. IE if you were going for frame 136 on platinum, you would advance 136-1 or 135 advances (67 journal flips and 1 npc turn), while in HGSS you would do 136-1 or 135 advances (combo of elm/irwin calls, radio advances, joey calls, whatever).
I've advanced the frame to 136 previously so most likely it had the wrong IV's because I've advanced the frame too much?
Yes, chances are you got the IVs of frame 137 instead of your target.
I got the right delay 10 minutes ago and advanced the frame to 135 (11 Elm Calls and 62 Joey calls) and then got the Jirachi. The IV's are again wrong, I can tell it from the Lv 5 stats (It's HP stat is 25, not 26). I believe I should check the excact IV's now for this Jirachi?
try making calls until you reach frame 137 then pikc up the jirachi, if I input the seed you're using into RNG reporter, and select Wondercard IVs, the spread you want appears on frame 138 not 136.
