Most Generation PRNG Help / Information

No. The occidentary frame is the Method 2 frame that the Method H-2 spread takes the IVs/PID from.

I understand that part...but what I don't understand is why all of a sudden there are these H methods at all, and how you could have a Method 2 and a Method H-2 for a game with no synchronizer or anything else that would cause one to be chosen over the other.

Wild mons have always been Method H. Before we didn't know how the encounter slots were determined and stuff.

Trying to set up some stuff on my laptop so I can RNG during my free time when I'm out, and I have a couple of questions about the timer.

Does EonTimer work properly under Wine? I know it runs, just wondering how accurate it is.

If the answer to that question is no: When I put my delay/seconds into ZomgTimer, it gives me different timer lengths than in EonTimer. Is that normal, or will I have to recalibrate? Calibrated delay 490, target delay 4305, calibrated sec 14, target sec 55. EonTimer shows 37:24/77:75, ZomgTimer shows 37:91/77:583.

Thanks... is there a reason why though?

Btw, I seem to be having some issues with RNGing...
every time I check my Elm Responses in seed to time, I always get no results. So I change my Delay and seconds parameters naturally, and turns out I'm hitting a frame 20+ above my target (I'm trying to hit 632), and I'm hitting 47 seconds instead of 50. I feel like I'm starting my EonTimer and DS Clock at the same time, but I'm ending up with VERY crazy results. I also feel like I'm booting my game and starting my game at the right time (which should be right at the last tick on the EonTimer if I'm correct)

It should be my error, correct? I've gotten these types of results 5 times in the past 7 attempts, the other 2 attempts I've hit +/-10 near my target delay.

I've been using PokeRNG to try and get a Modest Kyogre, but something seems to be going wrong. I'm using EonTimer to make sure I'm hitting the time right, and killed all roamers, saved in front of Kyogre, and changed the date and everything. Whenever I think I've hit my time, the elm calls don't match up. The ones I should be getting are Kanto, Kanto, Pokerus, Pokerus, Kanto, Pokerus, Evolution, Pokerus, Pokerus, Kanto, but I only get Kanto, Kanto, Pokerus and then something random. What am I doing wrong?
In EonTimer I put in Calibrated Delay 490, Calibrated Sec 14, Target Delay 565, and Target Sec 00 but still keept missing.

You aren't hitting you delay from what seems. Are you searching your elm calls to see how close you need to get and adjust the timer?

EDIT: ninja'd :P

They don't seem to match anything else...sometimes they match the first three of something else in Seed to Times, but not much else.
Does it help if I'm aiming for a non-shiny Kyogre?

Personally, I wouldn't use 0 as a target. It can be a little bit of a pain in certain situations. Otherwise, you might want to post the seed you were trying for and the exact results you're getting instead. It'll be easier to help you that way.

In the future, you can ask those questions directly if you'd like. They're definitely more likely to get answered.

I've had people tell me that it's not as accurate under Wine. I can't say I've tried it myself, however. If you try the current version and it seems to hang up or something, I can send you a beta link to try. I made a few adjustments in it that may help.

For your second question, I put a little more precision into Eon, but didn't get quite that out of Zomg. There's about 10 delays difference that you may need to calibrate out.

A date would be good too.. And maybe you were planning on editing with exactly what you got instead?

June 27, 2013. 00:59:00. Delay is 565. Not quite sure what you mean by the second statement.

You said that the elm responses were wrong. What were they exactly? Give us more than the first 3. 7 should be about minimum.

To be honest, I really don't remember. I think the 4th was usually evolution, then Kanto. What I noticed was that whenever I got those three, the result was usually evolution and then something random.
I have been noticing that most of them have been parts of other delays, though.

Then are you updating your timer? You should be if you want to get the correct results.

Without those, we can't know what you're getting instead. I would try for a different second and make sure you carry it out to 9 responses. Write them down this time. Come back here with the seed you used, the date/time you used and the elm responses you received. Until then, it hard to do more than say "Uhh.. You did something wrong"..

not trying to be rude or anything, but there's really nothing to do if we're missing information.

I changed the calibrated delay to 564 at some point, and I got Kanto, Kanto, Pokerus, Pokerus, which was the farthest I have yet. But I never got anything like that afterward with 564.
Should I change the target delay?
@ ToastPlusOne: I'll try that and come back

In Seed to Time, click "Search Elm" and put in the results you hit (first nine calls). That should tell you what delay you hit. Put that under "Delay Hit" in the timer and click Update. Repeat the process until you start hitting delays within ~2-4 of your target.

With the dead battery

If I find a feebas tile (which I already have), will the tile reset if a day somehow roll over, I dont know ask serebii or if I talk to the trendy man?

I found a tile, fly to a city and deposit some pokemon, went back to the exactly location and feebas still appeared.

Or I am first to rng 3rd gen feebas?

Edit: I am just going assume for now it change if I use palpark or talk to the man.
