At the very least I think the game should be decided by coinflip. It is true that Peli missed the original schedule time, but the time they scheduled after was also missed by K4N with Peli waiting for around 2 hours.

Peli did not wait for two hours. That is simply untrue. Kf4n was there 2:30 to 3 pm available to play after his LTPL game as they scheduled. This game should not be coinflipped as that it is a clear activity win for KF4n.

I am not going to go into semantics about who waited for longer, because I ultimately don't think it's very relevant.
the way I see it both players missed their scheduled times so a coinflip is more than fair.

Kyogref4n was there both times. Peli was there for 10 minutes in the very edge of 2nd scheduled time.

If this is true then why did K4N not respond to the direct messages Peli sent him for 2 hours?

Because Kf4n scheduled for 2:30->3:30 pm, not 1 pm. Furthermore, Peli sent a message at 2:20 pm, yet he was not present right after Kf4n won his LTPL game at 2:30. You can see in the previous screenshoot that Kf4n was clearly trying to locate Peli in Ubers discord chat at 2:30 PM and was present throughout to 3 PM.

Even if these times that you are saying are true, which I have some doubts on, why did K4N not directly message Peli and instead post into the Ubers discord which Peli may have not even been checking?

The fact that Peli did not receive a direct message is irrelevant. Kyogref4n was present on STours. Kyogref4n was talking in Ubers discord. If Peli really was motivated to play, he would have been present at the scheduled time right after his direct message. In fact, it is strange that Peli left a private message only to totally disappear until 3:14 PM after KyogreF4n had tagged that he's leaving in the previous screenshoot.
