Moves Update Time?

I know most users are busy with double battles, but the The Moves section of Smogon excludes some important detail on some moves.

>Neither the Memento or Substitute pages mention the outcome of using Memento on a Subbed Pokemon.
>Camouflage does not say if it changes both the types, or only the primary one.
>Rage doesn't say if the a Pokemon would receive the attack boost even after activating with Dry Skin or Motor Drive.
Or if being hit by non-damage moves like Toxic, Taunt, and Confuse Ray.

I tested Memento-
>When Memento used against Substitute the Memento Pokemon faints and the Substitute does not receive stat drops.

I don't think this is what this forum is for, it would be better to either post here to get your questions answered (or test ingame yourself), then once you know the answers post here (or someone else may) to get them on site.
