The Rules:

Ok guys, this round will work a little differently from last time. The aim is to make less of a "least hated" contest and more of a "most loved" contest.

1. Just like last time, you are allotted one vote every 24 hours, or an update, whichever comes first. However, instead of 4 negative points and 2 positive points, you are now given 4 positive points and 2 negative points.

2. Every band starts this round at 0.

3. You may use up to 3 of your positive points on one band for the beginning of this phase--this will create sort of an "instant-runoff" system that will make people at least give points to more than one band. This will then decrease the likelihood of many bands stuck on the bottom with no real way to determine rank. Later, when I deem fit, you may use all 4 points on a single band. Your negative points can be assigned however you wish.

4. After a certain time period that I will assign, the band(s) with the fewest points will be eliminated, while those with more points will continue up the ladder. This may not be a very long time, so I will probably post updates pretty often to get as many votes in as possible.

5. When I do an "update," it will only be to say which band is in first and which band is in last. I will not list points nor tell where each band ranks. You can keep up if you want to, but I think this will help prevent people from voting down/up bands en masse. If you do keep up, do not post the scores--you will be disqualified from the tournament and your post will be edited or deleted.
