- Crunch hits Pokemon that are immune to Return

- Outclassed by Doryuuzu easily.
- Could run Choice Band instead of Life Orb for more Attack.
- Could run Cheer Up to increase Muurando's Attack but he doesn't get chances to use it.
- Tyranitar and Hippodown are good for starting sand.
- Ghost-type is great for taking Fighting-type attacks aimed at Muurando.
- Bulky Ground- and Steel-types cause problems for Muurando
- Magnezone can set up on Steel-types that Muurando has problems with.
