My first and only team

Darumaka @ Wide Lens
Trait: Hustle
Level: 5
EVs: 116 HP / 196 Atk / 196 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Rock Slide
- Brick Break
- Return
Darumaka is a powerhouse physical sweeper. The EVs were suggested by Smogon. Flare Blitz is the main move; a ½ resisted Flare Blitz is stronger than a neutral Rock Slide. Wide Lens is to compensate for the accuracy lost from Hustle. The other moves are for type coverage.

Cranidos @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Mold Breaker
Level: 5
EVs: 60 HP / 236 Atk / 212 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Zen Headbutt
Cranidos is a fast physical sweeper with a Choice Scarf. 125 base Attack matches that of Gyrados all the way in OU. Stone Edge is its STAB. Earthquake has good coverage with Stone Edge, and the other moves are for super effective coverage.

Scraggy @ Eviolite
Trait: Shed Skin
Level: 5
EVs: 236 Atk / 76 Def / 196 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bulk Up
- Crunch
- Drain Punch
- Stone Edge
Scraggy is a bulky physical sweeper. Drain Punch attacks and recovers, Crunch is its Dark STAB, and Stone Edge is for coverage. Bulk Up increases physical bulk and Attack. The ability Shed Skin is to get rid of the crippling Burn mostly. The EVs were the “suggested spread”.

Abra @ Focus Sash
Trait: Magic Guard
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 SAtk / 236 Spd
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Abra is like Alakazam, only at level 5. Psychic is its STAB, Shadow Ball is what most Psychic types know, Energy Ball and HP Fire is for super effective coverage, although HP Fighting might be better.

Frillish @ Eviolite
Trait: Water Absorb
Level: 5
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spd
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Scald
- Will-O-Wisp
- Taunt
Frillish is the bulky Water type. Same as Jellicent in OU, but with an Eviolite. The EVs are to cover its lower Defense stat, Will-O-Wisp cripples Physical attackers, Taunt stops status and setting up, Scald is its only attack, and Recover is obvious.

Mienfoo @ Life Orb
Trait: Regenerator
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 236 Atk / 236 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Fake Out
- Hi Jump Kick
- Stone Edge
- U-turn
My lead Pokemon. Starts off with Fake Out. Hi Jump Kick is the main attack, powerful, although risky because the opponent may switch to Ghost type Pokemon, and it has a 10% chance of hurting myself. Stone Edge is for coverage, and U-Turn is hit and run for slower Pokemon, and Regenerator recovery.

Please give me some advice for Pokemon, moves, strategy, items, etc!

The quantity of misplays, hax and bad movesets on your opponents teams is amazing (Switching Spinarak into Abra? USING SPINARAK? HP Psychic on Piplup? Crit on Fake Out and Crit on HJK? Leftovers Misdreavus? That burn on Mienfoo?), most of those teams were very bad. The only team that could put you in trouble was the first one but the misplays on the late half from your opponent were decisive (not switching Murkrow on the obvious Psychic)

That doesn't mean your team is bad at all. In fact, I really like it. It's unusual and effective. I think I have fought you on PS but i'm not quite sure.

Anyway, Hustle+Wide Lens is really nice, you have that litle accuracy boost that Daru needs. In terms of the moveset I can't see what are you hitting with Return. The Bulky Water-types that you need to hit (Staryu and Chinchou) just outspeeds you or speed ties with you. I suggest changing it to U-turn as that way you can switch out dealing HEAVY damage to Slowpoke. It also fits well with the heavy offensive nature of your team.

Cranidos is excellent, you don't need to change anything on it.

Scraggy NEEDS Dragon Dance, Bulk Up leaves you at mercy of faster Flying types like Murkrow or Taillow (if they're played correctly) who just hit Hard even with a +1 Def. Even Specially Offensive Vullaby can take on you.

You don't really need HP Fire on Abra except for that surprise kills on Ferroseed. You already have Cranidos and Darumaka with Fire-type Attacks and that leaves you at mercy of most Dark-types (except Pawniard) particularly Houndour, Murkrow and Vullaby. Also, Protect is a good move for a sasher, preventing Fake Out but I see the utility of Energy Ball so I wouldn't replace it.

I really like the synergy of your team but you are seriously hampered by Double Sand Rush as nothing can take a hit from them and retaliate (Abra could, in theory, activate Sash and go with Giga Drain). Murkrow is a problem too if it's paired with things like Foongus or Croagunk and a Water-type which isn't that uncommon nowadays, like Staryu who threatens Frillish and Darumaka.

I think defensive Misdreavus would be better over Frillish; you loose Water Absorb but gain faster taunts and Will-o-wips. Lack of recover hurts but you have a fast paced team. That would leave you open to Houndour but you have three heavy Rock-type attackers.

Once Abra is down (and that's an easy task if the opponent runs Murkrow) Croagunk is a great check to most of your team, Darumaka is easily played around if the opponent could put Hazards up and Flare Blitz recoil is take on account, Cranidos is really frail, all it takes is a little weakening. For that reaon I suggest Zen Headbutt > Stone Edge. You really don't need another Rock-type attack.

Bulk Up Timburr is also a big threat not caring at all of burns and setting up on Darumaka with Drain Punch.

All in all, you have a good team and I can't see many flaws. Congrats and hope this helped.

Thanks for the advice. I changed my team. Also, is there anything wrong with my EVs?

Thanks for the advice. I changed my team. Also, is there anything wrong with my EVs?
36 HP doesn't give Mienfoo a stat boost, put it into either Def or SpD. Besides that your team should have all the correct EV amounts counted for.

I like your team, very similar to one I had in regards to Mienfoo+Misdreavus+Abra. The only problem I see you running into is when you need defensive buffs for tanking strong hits especially a Scarfed Drilbur's Mold Breaker EQ for example can outspeed and OHKO/2HKO all your pokes even without SR, making it very difficult to switch into. I'd recommend switching out a poke like Scraggy (since you already have Fighting coverage) for a more physically defensive pivot to help out Misdreavus such as the standard Lileep who can also set up SR for your team which can help you out immensely for OHKO's, as well as stop physical powerhouses like Drilbur or even opposing Cranidos/Darumaka. He's also a nice buffer against other nuisances such as Scarf Chinchou.
