Avnomke threw a pokeball onto the field. It opened and a small Egg popped out of the ball! The egg cracked and arms, legs and a head popped out. Magikarp bounced high into the air, as he had done every round up to now. Feebas summoned all of the water on the field and splashed it down over every pokemon left on the ground. Eevee shouted at a frequency to high for human ears but the opposing pokemon fell to the ground in pain. Happiny shot a burst of bright light (not sure how this hurts). Spritzee shot the moon at Eevee and Togepi danced with frustration in a gif. Magikarp fell from the sky.

Feebas took the Dazzling Gleam a1, not Magikarp. Magikarp was midair when Dazzling Gleam was used, meaning Feebas is KOed a1. You also did the calcs wrong, it should be (8*.75+3)=9 hp for Eevee and (8*.75+3+1.5)=10.5 hp for Feebas from Dazzling Gleam, (8+3-3)=8 hp Eevee from Frustration.

Well, Dazzling Gleam is a Spread Move, so it's BAP is modified by .75x.
