Mean Look on something and then Baton Pass to something that can PWN it. Taunt to stop Baton Passers.
 
Maybe it's just me, but I don't like attackless pokemon. People assume that the job WILL be done. I would use Payback over Taunt.

Also, I don't really see any synergy. I see you have 6 pokemon in which one fills a role, with a one to two sentence analysis. Is there any underlying strategy here, or are there just 6 pokemon who are good on their own, in their respective jobs?
 
Well, Yanmega starts. If Yanmega can't take the other starter on I switch depending on if its physical or special(phsyical-donphan special-milotic). If Donphan is out and i see a water or ice attack then Milotic comes out. electric attack on milotic out comes Electivire with Motor Drive. Ground attack coming? well then out comes Azelf. Dark or ghost attack coming at Azelf then out comes umbreon to Mean Look. But I'm very willing to take Umbreon out. Any suggestions?
 
In my opinion, never ever use a sweeper as a lead! Use something that can counter and eliminate common leads like Gyarados or something that can trap a pokemon / or lay SR/TS/Spikes

And using Umbreon with Mean Look is good but try this set:

~Curse
~Payback
~Baton Pass
~Wish

The strategy is pretty simple but all you have to do is keep using Curse while walling pokemon then Wish and Baton Pass or just Baton Pass to something like a wall or Trick Room Pokemon (most likely you will pass to a wall, which isn't a bad thing)
 
Thanks, who do you think I should start and The Baton Passing idea is good. Donphan can really hurt after the pass.
 
I'm also not a fan of BP. Hazers, Phazers, Roar, any of those things are a bitch to BP teams. Hell, even a Psych Up can hurt xD

BP teams are too reliable, but most teams now have something to deal with them.
 
He opens with a Sweeper that has sleeping capabilities. I think that gives him plenty of merit to use it.

You don't need an attacking-move on Umbreon if you have Mean Look. If they switch a Gyarados in to Taunt-counter it, and you Mean Look, you get a free switch.

There are better options for a Bulky-Water type than Milotic, since you already have a sleep inducer. Vaporeon or Slowbro seems more fitting. Vaporeon has Wish and better offensive capabilities while Slowbro can stack-up on physical sweepers with Calm Mind.
