Why is No Guard + Fissure Machamp legal in National Dex AG? It only learns Fissure in generation 1, so it would need to have its hidden ability, Steadfast. Is this an oversight or am I missing something?

Ability patches work both ways in gen 9 now.

Because of programming constraints, but also because it depends on how NatDex is defined - which is a topic currently being discussed in this thread
