I had to delay the update because the vote was tied but congrats on djkslaf winning this cycle! (again)
ILoveGarchom sure I was looking for a mon to use for this cycle anyway.
So without further ado...
CYCLE 12: Offensive Z Garchomp

Garchomp @ Rockium Z/Dragonium Z
Ability: Rough Skin
Tera Type: Dragon
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge/Outrage
- Stealth Rock
Garchomp has been able to be an OU staple thanks to a diverse movepool, and great stats (most notably a 102 speed stat that allows it to creep a lot of relevant Pokemon). With a 130 base attack stat and the immediate power of a Z-Crystal, Garchomp is able to threaten a huge chunk of the metagame and force a lot of switches, making it an amazing user for entry hazards and setup moves like Stealth Rock or Swords Dance, and its typing allowing it to switch into threats like Mega Charizard Y and force them out, either setting hazards, setting up, or just throwing off a strong Z-Move. How can you amplify this threat's potential?
