Diancie @ Leftovers

Calm Nature

- Draining Kiss
Demon sets return in a grassier form as I threw demon diancie on a grassy terrain team to weaken earthquakes against it and provide extra recovery to make set-up easier, with tera poison for immunity to poison status and to not lose to iron defense body press steels. Iron defense is more reliable than diamond storm for boosting as diamond storm only has a 50% chance to boost and can miss, draining kiss for recovery and stored power because not even bronzong stands up to it

+6 76 SpA Diancie Stored Power (380 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Bronzong: 190-224 (56.2 - 66.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Diancie @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Fairy
EVs: 248 HP / 36 SpA / 224 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Draining Kiss / Moonblast
- Stored Power
- Rock Polish

Normally when we think of 2x boosting moves on diancie we see demon diancie boosting both defenses. Here we see a much more offensive take on diancie! Leveraging its natural bulk to be able to proc weakness policy, this set aims to gather as many boosts as it can to sweep through teams. This spread outspeeds kilo after a rock polish (and scarfers after 2). We went for max hp here to try and get a few more boosting turns in and/or live a hit for weakness policy. Ninetales-Alola is a great partner here to get up veil and give diancie more turns for those sweet sweet bhoosts. The remaining EVs were thrown into Spatt. You could also go with a more offensive spread of EVs: 32 HP / 252 SpA / 224 Spe but i would probably go moonblast over draining kiss on that variant instead. Also funny that you can't intimidate the attack boost it can get from weakness policy! (Which makes very little difference but hey, stronger stored power is stronger stored power!)

Replay: 1

Team (kind of a generic cinc + veil team but its fun and has Big Beartic!)

Vaporeon Killer
:sv/diancie:

Diancie @ Leftovers / Grip Claw
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 HP / 132 SpD / 124 Spe
Careful Nature
- Sand Tomb
- Skill Swap
- Iron Defense
- Body Press

Do you have Vaporeon problems? Do you see that wet dog in your nightmares, scalding your poor physical attackers and walling your Tauros and your Basculegion? Never fear, for today we have a solution. This Diancie set outspeeds an uninvested Vaporeon, traps it with Sand Tomb, and then ensures it cannot escape with Flip Turn by Skill Swapping Water Absorb onto itself. It then sets out to end the game, setting up with Iron Defense and taking KOs with Body Press. This can also work against various Choice Item users, most prominent among them Chandelure.

Replays (yes I did win games with this): 1

...a.k.a Golurk at home

Band Diancie (Diancie) @ Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Body Press
- Diamond Storm
- Play Rough
- Tera Blast

(Here's the team, but it's just a very rough draft. We have rocks, we have pivoting and some semblance of HO)

So...uh...Choice Band, right? Yeah, Choice Band. I was trying to rank the unhinged Diancie sets by viability and found myself ranking band near the top. Unlike specs, you actually do get to hit things you wouldn't otherwise.
Some relevant calcs:
252+ Atk Choice Band Tera Ghost Diancie Tera Blast (80 BP) vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Bronzong: 314-372 (92.8 - 110%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock
252+ Atk Choice Band Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Vaporeon: 220-261 (47.4 - 56.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Scream Tail: 226-267 (52 - 61.5%) -- 96.1% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Choice Band Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Vileplume: 180-213 (50.8 - 60.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252+ Atk Choice Band Diancie Diamond Storm vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Amoonguss: 202-238 (46.8 - 55.2%) -- 69.5% chance to 2HKO

You could run tera fire with similar effects but Ghost Blast being neutral into things can be useful (Plus, we have Ghost + Fighting coverage, we're basically Marshadow). Sadly, I didn't find much time to teambuild for this, so I couldn't bring out the full band Diancie potential in time. But I do have a couple replays showcasing the vision:
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9nu-2311092658-82b1bb3ooi8d37p141n34aajh1ynbw9pw - Diancie 2hkos a defensive Scream Tail and still finds time to stonewall Ambipom
https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen9nu-2311098712-ldhvfsi3lb2239one7jgc0pwyfvfyqapw - We run into the only physically defensive Bronzong on ladder, failing to net the promised 1hko :/ (it was still too crippled to do anything else)

What's that, we could just run Golurk instead? Shhh don't worry about it. At least we get to run Knock Off.
Sorry for the low effort post, I wanted to join at any cost but teambuilding is hard. Diancie has too many good (and too many awful but fun) sets to let this opportunity pass by.

Custap Berry Diancie

:SV/Diancie:
Diancie @ Custap Berry
Ability: Clear Body
Shiny: Yes
Tera Type: Flying
EVs: 224 HP / 100 Atk / 184 SpA
Quiet Nature
- Diamond Storm
- Moonblast
- Earth Power
- Stealth Rock

This is a set I use on one of my OU teams with success and is barely legal given the restrictions given, so I figured I would share it here. The idea is to set up Rocks, take a ton of damage to get in Custap range, and then have one last chance to save the day before bowing out. Diamond Storm is the STAB move of choice to activate the coin flip of boosting defenses to +2. Moonblast is Diancie's best Fairy STAB move, and Earth Power provides the coverage it needs to survive in OU. Stealth Rock is here just in case I want to use my Custap turn to set up hazards. The EV spread generates enough power to OHKO Iron Moth with either Diamond Storm or Earth Power without Tera shenanigans (feel free to season to taste). Our own Tera is set to Flying in case we want to dodge an Earthquake or two.

I...think participants get to vote - except we can't vote for our own set, right? That's how it works?
My voting list would go:

1- Shengineer (Probably one of the best Diancie sets out there, and it's brand new somehow)
2- hammer798 (All the points for creativity - we can probably catch a Bronzong off guard too, trust)
3- LessThanThreeMan (Speedy calm mind does sound pretty neat)

correct! its encouraged for participants to vote but for fairness, not for yourself.

The winner for S3W2 is hammer798 with Vaporeon Killer Diancie!

Grassy Terrain Sweeper

Decidueye @ Grassy Seed
Ability: Overgrow
Tera Type: Grass
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Poltergeist / Shadow Sneak
- Grassy Glide
- Acrobatics

This Decidueye set seeks to take advantage of the defense boost from Grassy Seed to set up Swords Dance and pick off foes with Grassy Terrain-boosted Grassy Glide. It also packs always-boosted Acrobatics and a Ghost-type STAB.

Replays: 1 2

SD Roost Trapper
:sv/decidueye:
Decidueye @ Leftovers / Kee Berry
Ability: Overgrow
Tera Type: Poison / Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 120 Atk / 116 Def / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spirit Shackle
- Trailblaze
- Roost

The idea with this set is to act as both a defensive switch-in against Steel-types and Wetbull, while looking for opportunities to trap the opponent using Spirit Shackle. Against Alolan Muk, you can Tera Poison and setup to +6 in both your Attack and Speed before killing it. The same can be done without the use of Tera against Registeel, Bronzong, or any other relatively passive wall without pivoting. The EV spread isn't an exact science, but you want enough bulk to tank hits from these setup targets without having to roost every turn. Incineroar is an issue, as it both walls your attacks and can pivot out of your trap, so make sure your team is able to pressure it effectively.

Nothing too impressive here but its not dead weight

SD Clear Amulet
:ss/decidueye:
Decidueye @ Clear Amulet
Ability: Long Reach
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Spirit Shackle
- Low Kick
- Trailblaze / Shadow Sneak

The idea of this set is to setup SD and be an Incineroar lure, with Clear Amulet blocking Initimidate should it switch into Decidueye as you SD. Spirit Shackle is choesn for the Ghost STAB to potentially trap opposing Pokemon. +2 Low Kick pre Tera has a 56.3 chance to OHKO Incineroar, which is useful for taking it out. I chose Trailblaze since I wanted a Grass STAB, and you can rack up speed boost(s) with it. You can use Shadow Sneak if you prefer that instead. I decided to use Tera Fighting to resist Dark moves and boost the power of Low Kick. Low Kick is also useful against mons such as Registeel at +2: +2 252+ Atk Decidueye Low Kick (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Registeel: 352-416 (96.7 - 114.2%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO

Here's a fun calc: +2 252+ Atk Decidueye Low Kick (120 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Avalugg: 232-274 (58.8 - 69.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Nasty Plot Custap Decidueye
:ss/decidueye:
Decidueye @ Custap Berry
Ability: Overgrow
Tera Type: Grass/Ground
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Leaf Storm
- Nasty Plot
- Shadow Ball
- Energy Ball/Giga drain/Tera blast

All of these decidueyes clicking swords dance or choice banded attacks, I say show some respect to that 100 base special attack with nasty plot. Since we are going with a special set overgrow is the superior ability, and custap berry lets decidueye fire off a surprise overgrow boosted leaf storm on the way out. Tera grass if you want to run another grass stab that isn't leaf storm or tera blast ground to hit incineroar and alolan muk.

I paired this with a little bit of para spreading to help decidueyes mediocre speed tier and bellibolt especially helps punish those knock offs
