New mixed Electivire set

Ok cool I see, it shouldn't make a huge difference either way, but I like how that doesn't alter the attack stats so I'll add that to this.

Also, I added some more calculations (Venusaur, Celebi, Meganium).

`HP Grass on Hippowdon: 55.48% - 65.24% (420 HP, 180 SpDef)

A little bit more problematic, but the Hippo is 2HKO'd if he switches into stealth rock and take two HP Grasses.

Flamethrower on Bronzong (mixed): 53.55% - 63.02% (338 HP, 317 SpDef)

This calculation was done on a sassy Bronzong with 80 SpDef EVs. These tend to be the Bronzongs with the most special defense. Anyways, Flamethrower 2HKOs with stealth rock, and has a decent chance of doing so even without it.

Just wanted to point out that I'm pretty sure these are definate 2HKO's even without Stealth Rock support. Leftovers heals 6%, and the minimum amount of damage needed to 2HKO is 53%, which both of these sets hit.

Otherwise, I like your spin on a mixed Electivire set. I personally don't run him, but I know that this set would surprise me if I ran into it.

How does this fare against Raikou? Because I need a Raikou counter and I figured I might as well go with Electivire who also gets Blissey. Am I just better off with the other set because it has EQ?

probably go with the EQ set. I'm no expert but I don't think a Flamethrower from Electivire is going to do a whole lot, especially with a Calm Mind. And Cross Chop is going to get PP stalled/miss.

On Topic:
Amazing set, used it a few times and it really works. Not sure how the set will work once people start to catch on. A thing I've noticed is that using Tyranitar to counter Cresselia isn't a great idea. The Sandstream + Life Orb + Spikes/Stealth Rock really does hurt. I don't suggest Tyranitar on a team focused on a Life Orb Electivire. Might be obvious but I had to learn the hard way.

If you want to kill Blissey and Rakiou, yes. But, if you replace Cross Chop with Earthquake, this set now counters Raikou. I'm too lazy to run Calcs of EQ on Blissey, but I'm pretty sure it doesn't 2HKO... Actually, it should do exactly half of what Cross Chop does to Blissey.

Yeah this set gains the ability to take on a lot of counters, but loses out on the ability to kill stuff like Raikou and other electrics.

The most common Electrics aside Electivire are Magnezone and Zapdos anyway, the former which is still beaten by Flamethrower and the latter immune to EQ. Losing coverage against the occasional Raikou or Jolteon isn't a huge deal, but yes if that's something you're worried about then use ye old standard Electvire instead.

You could also go HP Ground over Earthquake, which could really suprise some stuff, just a thought, good idea, it is looking more like its colegue Magmortar now.

That really wouldn't be needed, the Hidden Power has to be ice on this set for the type coverage. Besides, overall HP Ground is a pretty useless option because Earthquake (on the standard set) hits things like Raikou and company harder.

I also like the Magmortar set that's similar to this, but I would go with a choice scarf for it personally.
