NOC New World NOC - GAME OVER

I've actually been looking at nier for a while, been wanting it but couldn't take the plunge. It's been like a year since I last researched it, but iirc nier automata is a sequel to something else? idk playing sequels first somewhat bugs me

as I understand it - it's technically a sequel to Nier, but it's not really related beyond a couple of passing references. I didn't feel like I missed anything not playing Nier. Both these games are based off the drakengaard universe as I understand it, spinning off from a specific ending from one of the drakengaard games.

It's funny but I actually have no interest in playing the first Nier or any of the related universe games because they just seem way too out there (very "Japanese") for me to be interested in.

idk i heard it started off slow and the combat wasny all that cool. that being said the latest thing i saw about it was from tsm ,effen himself who has very ??? opinions sometimes so maybe thats not a cool accurate desription

i think it's actually hard to believe a cap/m2h world fmpov. what do you think about the current wagons?
It's probably the opposite; the beginning is really good, the mid-game would probably be the most boring/repetitive, and the ending wraps everything together. Don't want to spoil exactly how it works but that's the jist of it.

I thought combat was pretty good. It's a slasher (I think that's what it's called?). It's really fluid and can be pretty technical if you want it to be. I can see how it might be repetitive/boring, but it was more of a plus for me than negative. I found it pretty fun and challenging in it's on way but I def was more interested in the story then the gameplay.

Haven't really read so can't speak to that too much. Did initially think cap was town though so there's that. I probably need to go back through the last 15-20 pages. Basically from where you come in to feel strongly one way or the other.

literally it complicates the game later on, thats all it does

this isnt some former selfhammer gamethrow

this is me not trying to cause chaos
it doesnt work like that man

you're supposed to vote for people who you think are scum. if you are town why would you vote yourself, the only person you know that is 100% town

i think my main complaint with the mewtwo slot is that they felt very obstinate when they were posting/pushing reads d1(their actions on the hannah slot were kind of questionable: on the same page they were like "err hannahs not really scum" then 10 posts later pushes that wagon) and then they ended up tunnelling former, of which then they voted _with_ former by end of day. today he ends up pushing former, then swaps his reads around to open up way more windows and im a little confused on their read on me on general. their ate is soemthing that ive only seen in one of their 451 scumgames as well.

DS i can see playing a backseat where he realizes tunnelling someone gets him lynched, and doesnt seeeeeem to have the same vice he did in d6. i thought his entrance was vaguely towny but his interactions around a few pages ago didnt really make me like him as much as i wanted them to. Does Hannah's scumteam ping her super heavy for her to post? Who knows. I think he should be a counterwagon.

Heal's reads are off course. They are very strange and his pushes are strange and they are always going to be strange because he is healndeal and this isn't new for how he plays mafia in general. I think him not TRing me is strange, because he townread me in 2d3 for the same sort of tone. I think his anger on Former is strange, and him and mewtwo together are both awkward, but the world where he is scum he is probably scum only with mewtwo.

How are heal's reads off? Im not sure I saw you pinpoint this?

pushing me given his prior knowledge of my games(in 2d3) is strange. Tunnelling former is a little wack from my pov but I guess that is not "off" as I phrased it to seem.

how in the hell do you type that much so quickly jalmont

Haha I actually spend a lot of time thinking about my posts. I probably had that one up for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to convey my thoughts to words. I type fast but I would probably be so much more productive if I just worried less about how and what to post than if I just said what originally came to mind. Heh.

im sorry but its not MY responsibility to make sure that you dont get lynched when I have no clue what your actual alignment is. If I had a town read on you, sure, maybe I push for it, but im not there on you and you saying things like this about me dont push me in the direction of wanting to save you

that isn't what I'm saying. It's definately partially on me to avoid getting mislynched but honestly with two mislynches left in the game can you rly defend not voting your biggest scum read when you are perfectly in a position to make them the largest wagon.

LOL really? What's a common criticism? Too weeby?

It's more of a AAA game then indie so price probably won't get lower than that. Not really sure if I would've paid $60 for it, but then again I'm incredibly stingy when it comes to games and there's only one game I've ever thought "man I wished I bought this on launch"...anyways I digress....

IDk I feel bad because I haven't read m2h but I think it's an ok place to go with a lynch. I think Former is self-resolving, and I think it would ve really weird for mafia nuxl to come into the game and push m2h even if Former is his teammate. Cap I think might be mafia too but I think we figure him out later fairly easily?

so i'm cool w/ trusting nuxl on this one

vote m2h

can i also point out that I think mod lowkey townspewed nuxl by allowing him to push the deadline back? I doubt scum is granted that
