Tournament Rules:
- General tournament rules and regulations can be found here.
- 2021 OM Circuit information can be found here.
- The banlist for this tournament is the same as the NFE ladder of the Smogon University server of Pokemon Showdown and can be found here.
- Best of three, double elimination.
- If metagame changes occur during the middle of a round, they will take effect in the subsequent round.
- Battles must take place on Pokemon Showdown!.
- Sw/Sh cartridge win conditions are in place; there are no ties.
- Replays are recommended to prevent disputes.
Signups will close after one week (April 11 @ 11:59 PM GMT-4), or earlier depending on the number of signups. Post "in" to signup.

It most likely starts once sign ups are closed (date for that in the first post). and then you'll be paired up with an opponent and have an entire week to finish your set. just make sure to schedule with your opponent and let them know when you're available.
My response to the other post probably gives you the info you need, too
