• Follow all rules listed here.
• Schedule via Smogon VMs. It's easier for hosts to make decisions for activity calls when we can see what went down with scheduling.
• If you are unable to schedule with your opponent, please let your managers know ASAP so they can communicate that to the hosts or the other team's managers for a potential substitute.
• Substitutions may be made after a week has started. When making a substitution, please tag myself, the managers of the opposing team, and all of the players affected by the substitute to ensure that everyone is made aware. Players who have already played in the week or were subbed out in the same week cannot be subbed back in.
• If a match remains incomplete by the time of the deadline, it will be subject to an activity call.
• Replays are mandatory. Not only are they useful for confirming wins, they contribute to usage stats and allow the people who couldn't watch the games live to watch them later.
• Managers: Please send me your lineups in the same format that I used to post pairings. It makes it much easier to post future rounds more quickly.

SV: Shadow079 vs Zcarlett - Going with Shadow's builds here
SV: Lyna vs Dead by Daylight - Lyna was the lone bright spot for Week 2, piloting a well-done Scarf + NP Giraf despite the TSpikes weakness, while successfully whittling down a standard TSpikes build by Chungler.
SV: Celeste vs crow crumbs - A matchup that can go either way but I think crow crumbs takes the slight edge here.
SV: Feen vs FishyRoads - Both are 0-2 at the moment but feen's builds and piloting have impressed me more. Fishy's gamble on the sample from Week 2 and getting caught with a lack of Toxic Spikes answer means he'll have to prepare a lot to keep Week 3 competitive.
SV: Ineros vs benladil - Ineros is still bouncing around tiers to find something that will stick; I think while Celeste and Lyna might cook up something worthwhile, benladil is coming with PD and DBD support.
SS: lepton vs PandaDoux - PD's excellence with SS continues here and reinforces the success from previous NFEPLs and individual tours; meanwhile, lepton still has a lot to prove with a 0-2 record.
SM: King Leo V vs Finchely - Both are 1-1 in the tour and while finch has come up with some nice building and came close to beating a now 2-0 MemphisDepay, I think Leo V's builds and experience will give him the edge and matchups that finch may miss out on. Can see this matchup vo either way.
ORAS: AM vs Trouser Snakes - Trouser Snakes still appears to be adjusting to the tier judging by some early-game plays W1 and mid-game plays W2; despite the losing records and tough matchups AM has been still able to keep things competitive .

SV: DD Joe vs Stareal - Stareal is one of the most proven builders and pilots in the tier.
SV: Nakoruru_xd vs Nashrock - better prepped and building
SV: Cammellia白山茶 vs Hax and momola - Has been playing pretty well to back up the record. I think hax was panicking a lot once tech was revealed and let too many of his mons take damage at the first sign of trouble.
SV: Dragonillis vs Ivar57 - Dragonillis is aiming for a very solid campaign and while Ivar has bounced back Week 2, I think Dragonillis's diversity in builds may give a small advantage over Ivar's piloting
SV: Playabeavs vs Frito - I think there's something about Playabeavs' builds that is very volatile at the moment; I think Frito's build will be generally more balanced this week and prevail.
SS: Fragments vs The Strap - Fragments is a great player and has experience in many tours, but so too is The Strap and has the better builds and piloting to go with it.
SM: TTK vs MemphisDepay - Memphis is performing very well at the moment, though TTK's experience and creativity will keep things on edge.
ORAS: Shucklegigas vs Havocknight - I can see this matchup also go either way but I think havoc's motivated enough to have a small advantage over shuckle (cool names by the way).
