They don't have a release date yet. Einouma recently said in an interview that they are working on a new Zelda title for the 3DS and that it's not another remake. I'd say that would put MM3D quite a ways off, but still possible.

Stray observations:

Retro Battle courses got total rehauls, including hazards.
Of the new battle courses, Wuhu Town seems to be the most 'normal'.
Balloon Battle seems to be like the Wii except without compulsory teams (which is fine by me)
Pirannha Slider seems to be the funnest new track right now.
It now seems that bomb-ombs will walk to targets.
 
Rejoice NA for THE Zelda bundle (and a Mario 3DS bundle) is coming across the pond.

I think I'll be going to get Mario 3DS just to have something to play. I have heard good things and my play coins have been gaining since I beat the find mii and puzzle swap games.
 
I definitely wouldn't give up my DS fat ever everever.

That bundle is so great though I want it but I'm not gonna buy another 3DS for it :<

This is great, I'll have to see what happens if I trade in a 3DS.
 
Can we discuss how roller coaster tycoon 3 is being released next year? I only found this out now but I finally have a reason to get a 3DS, along with Tales of the Abyss.

RCT3D obviously won't be as expansive as the PC version but who cares? There's new content and it's portable
 
Actually I just realized something, if I trade in my 3DS for the new Zelda one, will I just not have any of my downloads anymore? Would I be able to get around that by linking my eshop account to my club nintendo account? I have the downloads we got for buying a 3DS before the price drop, which I cheated on anyway.
 
I know for certain that the pre-price drop reward is tied directly to the 3DS you signed up with, so if you get rid of it you're forfeiting that content.

I mean, I don't find myself playing my downloads that often and I have been waiting for that 3DS... man idk. I'll probably do it. >_>

Edit:Hang on, I found out that if you have 2 3DS systems, you can do the DSi swap. And it does include ambassador downloads... perhaps I will be borrowing a friend's 3DS.

I feel the 2-D stage get shafted in the Retro Grand Prix (perhaps especially in this game), so I'm glad an SNES track rounds it all off.

When it comes to customization, the communities are actually very limited. It's not like in the Super Smash Bros. series where you can electively turn on or off whatever item you choose and adjust their frequency. You start with one long list of the different items, characters and kart parts in the game, and you choose one of these as a specification.
In other words, you can have a green shell only race or a Luigi only race or a standard kart frame race. You can't specify more than one at a time, so wave bye-bye to your dreams having a no Blue Shell, mushroom wheel race. That part of the communities I found a bit disappointing, though perhaps it will make more sense in the context of the series when I actually have the time to sit down and toy with it as much as I want.

Not sure what you mean. It is being released black Friday......... or are you asking if it's limited edition? And no, you don't need to trade in another DS, look at the web link. You would obviously get it in gamestop, as they released the flier.

I am so getting the Zelda bundle, that DS looks so cool.

And can someone explain pokedex3D? How do you get it? Is it like a free download or something?
 
Yes pokedex3D is a free download that lets you see unova region pokes in 3D. The pokes are in 3D animation not flat 2D like in the games. Each day you get 3 different pokes through Spotpass (you can always just keep changing your 3DS date to download them all in a day =P).
 
That stuff about the MK7 communities is lame, though I suppose it's better than nothing. I can't imagine the one-character only or one-kart only restrictions will be useful because you can just organise that stuff when gathering racers for a community anyway (though it would prevent people accidently picking the wrong character I guess). The one-item restriction is ok though. Pro-racers can just have mushroom-only races or something.

Whatever I'm still getting this game haha
 
Bought Kirby's Adventure 3D today. The 3D looks quite good if you put it up to full, and it doesn't look disorientating, at least not to me.
