Nintendo Game Checks & Legitimacy

I don't own any hacking programs/utilities, but was wondering how/what Nintendo checks game packs.

I know they detect Action Replay activity, but was wondering if they detected whether the game pack had a Pokesavved pokemon?

I have (unfortunately) had several hacked pokemon on my game (because of liars :[) and was wondering whether this could possibly compensate my DS cartridge.

No.... no it cant. They really dont detect any AR activity on D/P. You can get a "Bad Egg" If you make a mistake making your pokemon on pokesav and try to upload it into your cartridge.. thats about it. Also If you have a very badly hacked pokemon with incorrect moves or more than 510 EV's it wont let you use the pokemin in Pokemon battle revolution WiFi. Theres absolutly no reason to be scared lol... do you think your game will blow up or something because you have a hacked pokemon? Anyone who uses the GTS probably has a hacked pokemon and has no idea.

Actually it's more for Nintendo tournaments; I remember seeing one user who was disqualified from the world championships because the cartridge he used (even though he had resetted) had previous AR activity.

I'm just hopefull, that's all. :P

Urm... all AR does is manipulate the code to create or change something. I guess Nintendo might have some sort of device to check although it seems unlikely they can do this... its even more unlikely they would check everyone and even if they did it would only be if you actually connected it to the AR and input the code.. If you got the hacked pokemon from a trade and they where to disqualify you.... no one would be allowed to play... since EVERYONE's cartridge would be tainted, unless you dont trade.

Boy...I'm pretty sure that all of my Pokemon are legit that I've traded for, but it'd be a bit harder to explain a Japanese Movie Darkrai to them...

This is why I'd probably have both versions of the game, one to store all the Pokemon on, and the other to be used in actual battling and such with Pokemon you are sure are legit.

I think they have a method which involves "rewinding" your game to different save files and checking to see if a whole bunch of pokemon just showed up out of nowhere (ala pokesav, AR, ect).
