I think so. I bred my male aurorus with ice beam, rock smash, return, and rock tomb with a ditto, and the resulting hatchlings only had growl and powder snow.

Is Noivern ONLY flying egg group?

Also I bred a noibat with
agility/air cutter/ roost

and it passed on to the baby.

However when I bred things such as moonlight/boomburst/dragon pulse it didn't pass on.

So I dont think mechanics have changes. Perhaps there is just few egg moves this time around.
