I'm fine with hosting both, that isn't the problem.

The solution you have is fine, but my third point remains unanswered. There will be more and more Pokemon revamped already, which will result in that you can't edit it without editing the previous. In the Metagame with all of them, what will happen? As it'd be strange if it'd get multiple new types, moves or abilities...

Well, for the full meta, like you said, we could get rid of 'mons that weren't really useful. I also thought of incorporating new 'mons in a way similar to form changes for repeats, but GK doesn't know how. Also, next round I want to limit the amount of 'mons per round to ten releases. Any other suggestions would be useful.
Hopefully, people will use the discussion page more and come up with ideas for how to use 'mons. Many pet mods with changes require people to come up with their own ideas for how to use Pokemon.
I do offer some basic ideas on the 'mons page, so that will hopefully give people a place to start.
 
Exploud is now Electric/Fairy, gets Thunderbolt and Pixilate

Thunderbolt is for STAB and Pixilate is for Boomburst

Nice editing job. You should fix your post properly, since you're no longer giving him Aura Sphere nor Fighting typing.
 
1. Stall Normal/Grass Slaking with Horn Leech
Stall is to make Slaking competitively viable but not broken because truant is stopped with too much ease. Grass makes no sense and gives slaking plenty of weaknesses to balance out its BST. Physical healing synergises somewhat well with Slaking's attack stat, other moves and the stall ability.
2. Levitate Fire/Steel Magcargo with Techno Blast
Levitate Fire/Steel because Magcargo apparently discovered advanced technology. Following on this theme, Magcargo also gets techno blast for customisable coverage that synergies well with shell smash.
3. Serene Grace Dark/Fighting Accelgor with Dark Pulse
Functions a lot like Jirachi except Accelgor can afford to run specs thanks to its speed tier. However, its awful defenses and defensive typing make it difficult to find switch-in opportunities and survive priority. It also can't paralyse and dark pulse is only 40% flinch.
 
Poison/Fire Drapion, + Regenerator, + Blaze Kick

Well, if you need a poke to hard wall fairies, this is that poke. Other than that, Drapion doesn't fear either main status.
Drapion already has decent defense, which is backed up by regen. Ground sucks tho.

The format has been switched to only one submission per person per round.

For reference, DialgaTheTimeLord hasn't been seen on Smogon in so long that I can't even find "recent activity" information on his profile page. However, this is holding enough interest (It'd be nice if people actually played it instead of just submitting stuff, though) that I'm willing to keep it going even if DialgaTheTimeLord doesn't come back. (Especially if Dark Mage Ewan is still on board) I was doing the code anyway. Assuming Snaquaza is willing to re-host it.
 
I'm willing to rehost anything. (As long as it's been approved and such, and doesn't bug). It's just a matter of the server not crashing!

Welcome to Nonsense Theorymons, wherein you unleash your madness creativity and balance the OU metagame with zero regard for silly things like "flavor" or "logic"!

This is a community project, with a council that vets entries. Feel free to submit ideas, though read the rules first. Reading the rest of this OP would also be appreciated, but is not necessary.

Currently the council is Dark Mage Ewan and myself, though we're looking for a third council member for tiebreaker purposes.

THE HARD RULES

You may not submit entries for Pokemon that are currently OU, Uber, or AG.

You may submit one entry per round. If you submit more than one within a round, all your entries will be rejected until you narrow it down to one entry.

An entry may change a Pokemon's typing, grant it a new Ability, and add one new move. The preferred format looks like this:

followed by a description that includes a line of reasoning, such as

Steel/Fairy is an excellent defensive typing that makes up for Cryogonal's limited durability and makes its access to Rapid Spin not a cruel joke. It already has Flash Cannon to provide Steel STAB, while Fur Coat covers for its awful Defense. Moon Blast is of course STAB for its new Fairy typing.

A description is strictly optional, but strongly recommended so that the council can understand your line of reasoning -otherwise we might reject a good entry without understanding what the point of it was!

Wonderguard entries must have at least five weaknesses to be accepted.

Anything in the watchlist is allowed, but you shouldn't expect an entry to be accepted if it's above NU and you utilized something from the watchlist. Note that BL, BL2, and BL 3 are all counted as "above NU", since they are "Ubers for UU/RU/NU", respectively.

Combining multiple things from the watchlist should generally be reserved for PU Pokemon.

You may grant a Pokemon Sketch as a one-time event/breeding occurrence. Be extremely careful with this.

Wonderguard, Huge Power, Pure Power, Fur Coat, Shadow Tag, Contrary, Simple, Speed Boost, Gale Wings and Parental Bond are all unusually influential Abilities that can cause a balanced Pokemon to become broken, or even an otherwise terrible Pokemon to become broken! Be careful with these, and preferably provide a good justification in your description for why the Ability will help make the Pokemon good without pushing it into Ubers territory.

Tail Glow, Quiver Dance, Dragon Dance, Shift Gear, Shell Smash, Thousand Arrows, and Geomancy are all moves that have a pronounced effect on a Pokemon's viability. Especially if the Pokemon is above NU, you should be prepared to provide a solid reasoning for why the Pokemon will benefit without becoming overwhelming or overcentralizing.

Regigigas, Slaking, and Archeops are all Pokemon with excellent stats but Abilities that actively hinder their performance. You may submit entries for them, but note that even just replacing their Abilities with Illuminate would be an enormous improvement -don't be giving them excellent Abilities, typings, and a shiny new move all at once. (Note that currently Regigigas is unavailable as it has an accepted entry)

You may not grant Sketch as a regular level-up move.

No Sturdinja.

No Imposter. No Transform, either. We're not here to invalidate Ditto.

Moves that are forbidden from Smogon rules cannot be submitted. Mostly this means OHKO moves and moves that increase Evasion.

You're not giving Chatter to anything. It's already proven how uncompetitive it is on actually competent Pokemon in other OMs.

Submissions huh? ok let me submit a silly thing then:

Grass/Fighting Maractus with WeakArmor and Shell Smash

Maractus is a very lack luster PU pokemon that however has a fun thing with its stats and move pool that could potentially let it do some mixed stuff.
Due of its lower speed and low bulk, Maractus has very little hope to ever be able to use its potential, with shell smash maractus can easily buff it self from medicority and with weak armor it can potentially raise its speed to actually do something. For more justification for shell smash; Maractuses stats are also very similiar to already excisting shell smash users, especially speed wise. With these changes Maractus could maybe even be slightly threatening. Weak armor is also an indirect nerf due of maractuses access to cotton guard. The typing change would allow maractus to gain stab for drain punch and giga drain, giving it little survivability should it somehow miraclously survive something after a smash.
 
Electric / Dark Mesprit with Prankster and Dark Pulse

The reason why I chose Mesprit is because of its natural access to Copycat, along with its pretty decent movepool for Prankster. Mesprit itself is a mon that is kind of meh at the moment, with Mew-esque stats without anything to make it better than Mew. This brings new life to Mesrpit. Electric / Dark was chosen because it's honestly a really cool type, while not being ridiculously good. Dark Pulse gives it a Special STAB to work it, thus giving Mesprit both STABs from both sides.

Basic concept/justifaction a lack of flying Special Priority in the meta game
Galewings is for the priority portion
nasty plot helps boost to really leathel levels of power
ghost/flying is becuase bug flying is 4 times weak to rock, and becuase it has shadowball
yanmega was chosen for a few reasons
1. it has accces to airslash and roost and tailwind
2. it has simlar power with airslash as talonflame does with bravebird
3.it already has speedboost to break it's speed so i felt it would not be broken
4. it does not have a good move for confusion/paralysis or sleep(not named togekiss)

Compared to talonflame
Slightly less power
More staying power(Less recoil)
Better neutral stab coverage
Flinch Hax
Slower by far
Access to usable perfect coverage from hidden power(flying/ground/ghost)
more voulnrable to opposing priorities

Genral Analyzeation
Weak to many priorities(flying mostly but also ice, ghost, and dark)
can check many common birdspam checks with gigadrain
Has nice power and unlike talonflame can affort to run a life orb
Flinch hax
Tailwind+U-turn to support the team
