Okay. EDIT: I forgot to mention this is an IRV, my bad.

How should Normal STAB be changed?
A) Normal STAB; Unable to have Thrash, Petal Dance, or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.
B) Normal STAB; +1 BAP on attacks that match dominant arena type upon sendout. Unable to have Thrash or Outrage disrupted by oncoming damage.
C) Normal STAB; +5% base accuracy on moves that match the Type (Normal, Ice, Grass, etc.) of the move used in the previous action.
D) Normal STAB; moves that match the Type (Normal, Ice, Grass, etc.) of the move used in the previous action cost 1 less energy.
E) Normal STAB.
F) Normal STAB; damaging moves that are super-effective against any target cost 1 less energy.

Okay, time to count votes!

1 vote - F, B, D, E, A

Well that was easy to count. But we've only culled 1 option out of 6. Other than that, given all votes are sincere, we really can't move forward here. How does Range Voting or Ranked Pair sound? Given that we're behind times (Jayy said CAP had moved from IRV to RP), might as well use this as an opportunity take a step in (hopefully) the right direction.

Dear Council members,

Given we're transitioning to Ranked Pairs on Jayy's Sig Item votes, let's do the same here. Just simply rank the vote you've casted, in case there are any equals. My vote is now:

D > C > A = E > B > F

Okay, after half a morning of doing calcs by hand and verifying them by a nice website, here are some results with picture attachments.
D) majority. I'll go edit NDA and implement.
