The only one I see as potentially broken is Pinsir, as most of its usual counters (Skarm, Rotom, Zapdos) rely on their stabs to hurt it and/or to recover, but even it should be tested before being banned.

Threats that come to mind:

Alakazam- Dazzling gleam and shadow ball are great moves that Alakazam can take advantage of. It also gets charge and signal beam, which can be used for cover. Don't forget about focus miss :D

Gengar- Dark pulse, dazzling gleam, energy ball.. This thing can shoot all kinds of lasers :3

Medicham- This thing can punch your way into victory! For real now, bullet, fire, ice and thunder punches are great moves this thing can learn. Poison jab? Why not!

Absol- Use this thing horn to wreck some houses with psycho cut, megahorn and even play rough..

Smeargle- If I read right, it can still use all the moves that he can sketch (No normal type of course). So this thing still can be annoying as ever :D

Sableye- W-o-w and recover are still not ghost and dark. Even if you used to use night shade, you still use Seismic Toss..

Heatran- Earth power anyone? :3

Certain mons already are used to this. (mostly from gen 1/2/3, had no reliable stab because their type was physical/special in those gens)
