Metric - Empty

The song starts off kinda mellow, and slow... Then Emily says the lyrics, You couldn't see what was, coming. And then 'bam', it's picks up and gets heavier. I love this song, and it just sounds great. Competition for my favorite Metric song (Monster Hospital is still #1), it is just great. 10/10

Shake your head it's empty
Shake your hips, move your feet

Typical Cats - Manhattan Project

Best graffiti song period. Qwest's lyrics will have you shaking like those epileptic kids.

The Sea and the Cake - Aerial

Great song, it's a good rock song for an opening song from Car Alarm. Sam Prekop's voice fits right in, but my favorite part is around the latest minute of them jamming out. Great song, solid album. The Sea and the Cake is an awesome band.

The song that I have been listening to almost exclusively for this last week: George Szell and the Cleveland Orchestra's rendition of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony Fourth Movement!

Madeline - Lit Elephants

Real pretty folk country. I saw Madeline almost accidentally at a little coffeehouse concert with just her and one other guy playing stand-up bass. Her lyrics are sometimes sad sometimes childlike with wonder and she has such a pretty voice... I practically melted when I heard her sing in person.
