As day turns to night, you all come back to the center of town to decide on how to move forward. You notice Vulpix, aka Acidphoenix, is missing, and soon find his dead body lying around somewhere closeby. However, you cannot identify him other than that.

Charmander and Squirtle
have returned to the game, and can be targeted, voted, use actions, and vote as normal.

You notice a few people rioting around the town square. The Lavender Lions are up in arms.

Finally, the news comes on.

Good evening, I'm Ron Burgundy, and this is what's happening in your world today.

Our top story today: thanks to footage provided by Big City News, the Bulbasaur involved in the recent case of brutally strangling a man in a pool has been found and arrested. Bulbasaur is suspected of a crime, and the charges seem to be legitimate. Early reports indicate he may be a radical indoctrinated by the dangerous political criminal Jean-Paul Bulbasartre. We remember the atrocities led out against the poor people of Cambodia under the reign of Politoed Pot, a king whose rock solid philosophies were based on his ideas of "necessary violence."

Bulbasaur, if you are listening: no violence is ever necessary, unless you need it to advance the plot or get a gym badge.

No exceptions.

Zubat is someone very close to the suspected criminal. We sat down for an interview with Zubat to get the scoop on who they really are. However, Zubat also seemed similarly batty, and we weren't able to get much out of him.

In other news, the song "It's Raining Mons" by The Castform Girls has taken the #1 spot the charts this week, just beating out The Beedrill's "Let It Bee." Listeners voted with their ears this week, and some experts claim that the fallout between former drummer Weedle "Weed" Best and the rest of the band led some listeners to actively boycott The Beedrill's music. We'll have to see how long these sorts of hang-ups bug the audience.

A local print shop was run rampant through by a wild Nidoran-M. The FotoMat on 36th and Broad had a surprise visitor, when the creature chewed through scan after scan, picture after picture. Police stated that the business claimed the damages to be in the range of around $10,000. Nidoran-M does not have a criminal record, but may have one soon, as it left a wake of destruction with scattered papers and dirty paw prints everywhere.

After the FotoMat was destroyed, the Nidoran-M scampered back into the woods. Apparently he wasn't too happy with his color prints.

For all of us at Big City News, I'm Ron Burgundy. You stay classy, Big City.
Meowth has joined the game as a new alias.

After some debate, Spearow aka Energy was lynched.

Dear Spearow,
You are the Prison Warden.

You are the gatekeeper between the small world of the prison and the larger outside world. You abuse your power to let your friends, often supporters of the Red Rhinos, out early.

During the day or night, you may Release <alias>. Your target will escape any attempts at their life. Additionally, your target’s lynch vote worth and vigilante vote worth will be swapped. You may only use this action once per day/night cycle.

During the night, you may Lock Up <alias1> and <alias2>. Your targets will be removed from the game, unable to be targeted, vote, or use actions while in jail. This action has very low priority. This action will fail unless you target one member of the Lavender Lions and one member of the Red Rhinos. After the next night, you will release your targets. You may not Lock Up anyone while someone is still in jail, or if you used Release the same cycle or the previous cycle.

Your lynch vote is worth 2. Your vigilante vote is worth 2.

You are allied with the Red Rhinos. You win when all threats are eliminated.
After seeing the lynch, some of you are a bit surprised to see a second death. Clefairy, aka UncleSam, was killed.

Dear Clefairy,
You are the Psychopath.

You are a mentally unstable person who isn’t afraid of using other people for personal gain. The Red Rhinos reluctantly brought you in to do the dirty work for them in this conflict.

During the day, you may Take Hostage <alias1>, <alias2>, <alias3>, <alias4>. Anyone you target will only be allowed to communicate via the game thread for the following cycle, but they will be able to receive private messages. This action will fail if you do not target at least one member of both the Lavender Lions and the Red Rhinos. This action can only be used thrice, with one usage during Twilight being mandatory. This action will not fail during Twilight.

Once in the game, during the day or night, you may Detonate <alias>. You will kill your target, yourself, and anyone targeting you. Protections can save others from this, but not yourself.

Your lynch vote is worth 1. Your vigilante vote is worth 1.

You are allied with the Red Rhinos. You win when all threats are eliminated.
You all seem a bit on edge after these two deaths. You wait for some more commotion, or perhaps a news report, but nothing seems to happen.

You do see a couple of new faces though. Psyduck and Mankey have joined the game as new aliases.
