Okay, so, I'm pretty new to the site, and to competitive battling in general. With that being said, here's the team I'm planning.
1) Ninetales: Calm Nature @ Leftovers 252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD.
Flamethrower, Sunny Day, Will-O-Wisp, Roar
Standard specially defensive Ninetales. Flamethrower for a consistent STAB, Sunny Day for opposing weather switch-ins, Will-O-Wisp for Tyranitar and other motherfuckers, and Roar for stuff like Calm Mind Latias. 16 Def EV's to avoid the OHKO from +2 Life Orb Breloom's Mach Punch.
2) Venusaur: Modest Nature @ Life Orb. 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP.
Growth, Giga Drain, Hidden Power Ground, Sludge Bomb.
Your standard special Growth Venusaur, with one tweak. HP Ground is to smack Metagross, Jirachi, Magnezone, and of course, to wreck non Air Balloon Heatran. I chose HP Ground over the suggested HP Fire because I have two fire type attackers, and I am also using a Dragonite with Fire Punch, so I felt that an additional Pokemon using a Fire attack was not needed.
3) Victini: Adamant Nature @ Choice Band. 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def.
V-Create, Bolt Strike, Brick Break, U-Turn.
My Wallbreaker. The moves are self explanatory, as are the EV's. His V-Create is a fucking nuclear bomb in Sun; I believe even Hippowdon is 2HKOed. Adamant because I like power.
4) Celebi: Timid Nature @ Life Orb. 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 HP.
Nasty Plot, Giga Drain, Psychic, Earth Power.
This is my replacement for SD Virizion. I feel that he compliments my team well. I'm using the Nasty Plot version because it provides a lot of power, and Celebi naturally checks a lot of Pokemon, making a switch quite likely. Giga Drain and Psychic for STABS, Earth Power for Heatran, Jirachi, Scizor, Metagross, and Magnezone. Probably a few others, as well.
5) Dragonite: Adamant Nature @ Lum Berry. 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP.
Dragon Dance, Outrage, Fire Punch, ExtremeSpeed.
I love Dragonite! With Multiscale, he just rapes shit. Maybe Dragon Claw would be better with ExtremeSpeed because they pair well together, but dammit, I really love power. Other moves are standard, as Fire Punch pairs well with Outrage, covering some important threats. ExtemeSpeed is an amazing tool to have to revenge kill and to damage things like Keldeo and Infernape before going down. Lum Berry to avoid status and to possibly Dance twice before going to town.
6) Donphan: Impish Nature @ Leftovers. 252 HP / 252 Defense/ 4 Atk.
Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin, Earthquake, Ice Shard.
Pretty self-explanatory. Stealth Rocks for a good entry hazard, Rapid Spin for spinning, as half my team is weak to them. Earthquake for a good strong STAB, and with 276 attack, it does some nice damage. Ice Shard is for revenging Dragons, Gliscor, Breloom, both forms of Landorus, and whatever other things it hits hard enough to ko.
And that's my offensive Sun Team!
