activity win request, opp missed scheduled time and has made no effort to reschedule the game

activity, got no response from my oppo
when i contacted my oppo the last time he was seen on smogon was the 9 january so i guess he's dead oo
 
My opponent and I planned for today at 3 pm est and they are yet to show up. I came online well before 3 pm and battled with a friend to pass the time, but they were never on. They never responded when I asked what server so I waited on both showdown and smogtours and they weren't on either of them.
