I'm following the smogon tours rules and calling for it advance so they have a chance to show up and stop it, just like the rules state, they haven't been online in a week, which is also the same day they registered for smogon which is why I'm calling for it now so they get a notice that they need to show up or I get the win, but thank you for your kind words :)

Also so someone could get subbed in if byes get filled up, so the spot don't get taken by an inactive who was only online for 6 minutes total
