RE: Bugzinator

Situation: After his OST opponent posted he won, Bugzinator claimed he didn't and insisted on this after receiving a reply. Since this was made publicly:

Icequake was the actual winner. It's hard to pass it off as "just a joke" when Bugzinator is publicly calling out his opponent for lying and/or cheating in the official tour thread, and this goes against our "falsifying result" policy:

Falsifying Results: Claiming to win a battle you didn't win will be punished by a 1 year Tournament Ban. Always be prepared to prove that a game happened.

Result: Bugzinator will be tourbanned for 6 months. The TDs involved in this decision believe a full year is too harsh, so we'll be going with half of that and we are going to revisit and update the policy in the near future.
