I was on at the scheduled time on smogon, smogtours and ps main. I checked his wall every minute for more than half an hour and he was not online. How am i supposed to know the guy is there when he isnt active or online anywhere

didnt get any smogon vm and we didnt discuss match venue or ps ids beforehand. he called activity after 30 minutes even though he was on for another 20 arguing over discord.
