Except everyone who uses her on their teams, which is many of them. But the ones who don't are probably glad, I'll give you that!
Oh, and Slowking is now pretty much the best Pokemon in the tier, based on how some of my friends insist he's "second-best to Nidoqueen."
Yeah Nidoqueen is kinda a good riddance and a bit of a miss at the same time.

Yeah. Primeape will still face competition from the king of NU, Sawk. The only thing Primeape has over Sawk is U-turn.
And that rarely helps it.
Still mad about Scolipede dropping. Ughhh. Didn't deserve NU status.

Primape also has Vital Spirit, which will come in handy if Jynx gets unbanned.
Ok, so i just woke up and looked at all the stats and i have mixed feelings about them tbh.
On one hand, i'm sorta annoyed that nothing really dropped from UU, its been a really long time since something dropped out of UU by usage and i would've really enjoyed some new blood in the tier, but w/e at least UU didnt steal like a million mons like we did to NU for a while haha (although queen leaving the tier was pretty big).
On the other i'm really excited to see RU's battle count, i'm pretty sure this is the largest amount of battles RU's had in a month for a long, long time. Its really nice to see RU gaining some traction again, and although i didnt think Nidoqueen was broken at all theres no denying that her leave will probably attract more players to the tier, go RU!
There are a bunch of other things in the stats that i have comments on, but i'll post on them later/in the RU usage stats thread when its up.

I think Scolipede dropping is awesome. Scolipede may have been criminally under-appreciated in his own tier, but I think NU is going to be very welcoming of him. He'll make an excellent check to all the Psychic-spam going on, and he'll make an awesome offensive Spiker too, although I don't know how this will affect Cacturne's usage.
Was really hoping Mandibuzz would drop too though :(

You might feel better looking at the 1850 stats which have Charizard at 87 and Snorlax and Cress at 85 and 70, respectively (Sawsbuck is all the way down at 99 in the 1850 stats, but whatcha gonna do?)

These stats made my day :) Finally the tier update has been kind with NU and gave us two good toys to play with... three counting Munchlax, well.
Scolipede will have a big impact in this tier, hurting Psychic types with Megahorn, and checking half of the tier. He can also lay Spikes everywhere, we got our Deoxys-D :)

This is awesome, Scolipede in NU. Good to see Misdreqvus and Murkrow beat Mienfoo in the 1850 stats. Also thanks Antar.
Surprised Haxorus and Reuniclus didn't fall to be honest (though they probably would have quikcly been sent to BL)... I was expecting it throughout the last three months. The top 10-15 of OU aren't surprising though.

Me too. I think that the last drosp from UU to RU were, ironically, Nidoqueen and Escavalier, and Queen is gone again. Granted, I haven't really seen anything as close to dropping as Dusclops was, so maybe next cycle (although I don't think Clops would do much in RU besides lower its evo's usage, which from what I've heard people will appreciate).
On the other side, not at all surprised about the 3 drops to NU. Given how we took 4 pokes last time with only 1 real drop, this shift kinda balances the tier size out a bit (and rids us of our worst poke). Munchlax sucked, Primeape was below average, and Scolipede's tragic fall was visible for over two months, much like another now NU spiker in Roselia (and neither were bad by any means either).
I'll do the number stuff I normally do in the metagame specific threads once they get opened. I will say that with 2 shifts left until Gen VI, I hope that at least 1 NU Normal-type rises (viable candidates include Braviary, Kangaskhan, Miltank, Sawsbuck, Swellow, Tauros, and Zangoose). Heck, with 7 viable candidates, I would almost ask for 2 risers. I hope we get something from UU, even if only Dusclops, although I would also enjoy something like Houndoom, Mismagius, Registeel, or Zoroark dropping in addition to it.
Finally, shocked that Antar didn't try any April Fools jokes with the stats that I can see (or he made them too believable). Would have been interesting to see the reaction to something like all the Hitmons dropping a tier, Nidoqueen not rising, Munchlax not dropping, Abomasnow/Meloetta/Tornadus dropping, or Rhydon/Poliwrath/Bouffalant dropping. Believable/welcome enough to psych some people out, yet not believeable/welcome enough to make everyone completely miss.
EDIT: Actually, Scolipede's drop could have been seen from the last tier shift, since his usage was only slightly higher than Emboar's in the December 2012 stats, and like Emboar his usage was buffed by the spammer.

Well finally Shitlax dropped.
Surprised no one remarked Mienfoo finally dropping out of the top spot. Imo Misdreavus and Murkow are far better in the current LC tier, to be perfectly honest. Also, why is Tornados not getting promoted to OU? The Specs set is a rapist under Rain and wrecks so much. The only high used pokes that can switch into Specs Hurricane are Jirachi and specially defensive Rotom. Use Tornados please! Also, Landorus finally going up on the ladder usage, easily one of the best sweepers of OU. The OU 1850 stats are an extremely accurate picture of the meta right now, showing Ttars rise back to the top, and the high usage of Keldoleo and Landorus. Overall though, only significant drops or promotions happened in the lower tiers. I really thought Metagross would drop this time, it is no longer good in OU and if it went to UU it would be a very useful poke, top class typing and a few good sets. It really is shame, would've been a great addition.
