My biggest sore point in PU is Fearow way down at 102. I know it has some stiff competition from Dodrio, but U-turn alone was enough to justify Fearow for me, let alone Drill Run.
 
Only 5k games in Gen1 OU? Wow, people really need to see it and start playing and spreading the love, when I made a Gen1 OU Tourney the other week, nobody had any idea what it was.

Gen 1 forever.

Metagross won't drop to UU. It'll be BL at worst.

Klingklang has been NU on the PO server for a while now. I know this isn't the only difference between their NU tier and Smogon's, but expect Klingklang to have a major impact
 
So after noticing the comments of the over 1 million OU battles, I went back and looked at some overall usage things and here's what I found:
  • Adding up all the tiers, PS saw over 3 million battles in May.
  • We just broke the 2 million threshold for all the tiers last month.
  • There was an increase of 850,000 battles between last month and this month.
  • In the first full month after the transition to PS (I have it as August 2012), there were less battles for all the tiers than there were for just OU this month.
  • If usage determined whether a metagame was official, Doubles would qualify for official as it hold only 5,000 less battles than RU, and more than double that of LC. Huge jump in battle for them too, over a 50% increase.

I'd like to ask UU players to stop using Dusclops, we in RU have been waiting for just about a year now for something to drop. We'd be willing to let you take Qwilfish, even though I think you kinda owe us for Nidoqueen. Dusclops just needs to fall 0.06% this month (if I did my math right). You can do it.

Klinklang is technically the closest to the border, needing to fall 0.007% or less to stay RU. Nothing is likely to drop from OU, although Haxorus will if he falls another 0.21%, which is less than what he fell by this month, so...

As for risers, none of that seems too likely. All three of the border guys (Tornadus, Qwilfish, and Golurk) need at least a 0.25% boost to move up. That said, like with Haxorus the rise is less than what Qwilfish and Golurk rose by this month, so it is technically possible. I won't comment on NU/PU since that one is always kinda funky.
 
the RBY stats are interesting, Tauros and Chansey are at roughly the same useage as Snorlax in GSC (PO stats)

Golem is higher than Rhydon, eat that Rhydon fans, Explosion forever!

Interesting note though, if you combine the Golem and Rhydon use age (because they are essentially the same thing) you get 77% useage, which is higher than Tauros.

Dragonite use is to high in my opinion, without wrap is pretty much shit. And Jolteon edged out against Cloyster O.o.

Also, according to these stats, Jolteon, Articuno, Venusaur, Charizard, and Machamp are OU according to modern standards.
 
Tornadus needs to go up, as Dusclops needs to go down. That's the only thing that I think that should happen (bar the drop of Gross).

Am I the only person who still uses Reuniclus? The little guy needs waay more love, it;s an indispensable part of my team and I generally rip apart offensive teams with it once Scizor and Jirachi are out of the way.

The other two though, they need dropping. They would be fearsome in UU, sure, but there are plenty of things to handle them there too, like Sableye, Bronzong, Suicune, Zapdos and Slowbro. Haxorus is outclassed in every niche it once had in OU by at least one other dragon, especially Kyurem-B and Salamence; Metagross just doesn't have the speed or power to be the monster it once was.

I could have sworn Nidoking was in the Top 10, just from how many of the bastard things I encounter. The bloody thing just rips apart slower, bulkier teams with its unrivalled special power.

I use this in OU with pretty good success. The fact this is floundering so low in usage in UU is an atrocity, especially since it picked up Moxie. Use it now!

RU:

I do agree with dragonpokeZ, lets hope for Tornadus in OU and Dusclops in RU. Although for meta he could be BL if he drops to UU, so will Haxxy and that Mr Blobby poke.
