Old Name and Profile Change Requests

I'd like to request a name change to bluegrass
Why?
1. I've wanted to change my name for close to two years now, I finally checked to see if it was possible.
2. I already have the name registered on PS.
3. Adagio is a reference to classical music, something I listen to extremely rarely since I don't play the piano much anymore.
4. Go Cats!

so when you stop listening to bluegrass you can get another? -_- done - ante

I would like to request a name change to cyanize.
Reasons
- it's my PS! name, and one most people will recognize me by.
- i'm getting a littel bit tired of this name, because i've been using it for years
- i created another account with a name close to that without knowing the rules oops

Also, can I get my birthdate changed from May 5 to May 7? I don't know how it got to be May 5 in the first place.
