Shell Smash is now banned in BH but you can still use it in OMFL until the end of the week (or you can agree not to, but the default is to allow it).

To play and have it be legal you can play on smogtours or

just do
/challenge [user], gen8balancedhackmons@@@+Shell Smash
prevents marooning and you don't have to go through making a tour in a groupchat

or you can make a groupchat thing and start a custom tourney in that as outlined by Ransei here in the OMPL info thread.
