This is a balance core I have been working on and it has been very successful. (Not sure if it a version of it is posted though)
Charizard-X is fantastic sweeper and can sweep a team after a single dragon dance. However, they are certain checks and counters to char-X known as Heatran, Mega-Altaria, Azumarill, Mega-Diancie, (those four only if running flare blitz) Clefable, Landorus Therian, and Gyarados.* Fortunately, there are many checks and counters to these pokemon. Rotom-Wash is here to check Heatran, Azumarill, Landorus-T, and Gyarados. Jirachi, the best fairy killer, can check M-Diancie, Clefable, and M-Altaria. In return, Charizard X can obliterate the opponents team but also gets rid of bisharp, and breloom (which jirachi and rotom hates respectively). Rotom-Wash and Jirachi forms a Volt-turn combo which is really handy (the main reason why I chose jirachi). On Charizard X, Earthquake can be used over flare blitz but I recommend not as this core is designed to ko flare blitz Charizard's counters. Also, I chose the traditional bulky zard due to the increase of priority moves. On Rotom-Wash, there is no 44 points in speed because jolly azumarill is invisible at the moment. 248 for stealth rock number. Rest/Chesto Berry is used when u prefer rest recovery over pain split. Jirachi's evs are designed to outspeed ddance mega gyarados which can be very problematic. 48 in Hp for more bulk, 252 adamant jirachi for more power. Scarf is required to outspeed Mega-Diancie and boosted Mega-Altaria. Fire punch can be used to 2hko ferrothorn which can be problematic with rocky helmet (the recoil hurts). Drain punch is there to defeat bisharps (do not show drain punch cause they will go for sucker instead of pursuit). Trick is there to wall break or just be used to turn a pokemon into set up bait for charizard. Healing Wish can be used to give charizard-x another chance to sweep.

Stealth rock support is highly appreciated and good hazard removers are required for this core. (stealth rocks breaks sash and multiscale and stealth rock removal is self explanatory)
Hazard Removers:
Latios can destroy teams and remove stealth rock but compounds the dark weakness
Starmie too can remove threats but compounds the dark weakness
Stealth Rock Setters:
Heatran has great typing and stat synergy with rotom-w. Can set rocks with ease. But compounds ground weaknesses

Mega Gyarados, destroys the entire core as mold breaker allows earthquake to hit rotom-w
Priority, ruins Charizard's sweep.
