How do I specify my gender on my profile, and can I add a motto somehow?
On the upper right, click on your name, then click "Personal Details". From there you can specify your gender and modify your status. If you want to have a signature for your posts, you can click on your name, then click "signature"

So, I have been thinking of reusing the old Magma Storm Heatran set to trap Rotom-W. What are the Held Item / EV/ Nature / moves for such a set (except Magma Storm and Solarbeam) ?

Or if the set is too gimmicky, any other recommendations for a Rotom-W lure? (Preferably being able to heavily damage Landorus-T as well if it switches in)

Power Herb is the item if it is lure with Solar Beam. As far as I know, you can just run a normal heatran spread (248 hp, 192 SpD, 68 spe), as it is a guaranteed 2hko on every possible rotom spread, and hydro pump is a roll to 2hko. The only way for heatran to ohko with solarbeam is to run 252 spa with rocks or 252 spa modest, and unless this heatran is to be full on offensive I don't think that would be best. The third and fourth moves can be any of protect, will-o-wisp, toxic, stealth rock, roar, flash cannon, or ancient power. I'd say they just depend on preference, and what kind of utility/coverage your team needs.

Aside from heatran, you could use natural gift talonflame to lure and kill rotom, but it doesn't do too much to landot.
You could also use hp grass keldeo or m-slowbro to get rotom on the switch, both of which beat lando nicely.

For HP Fire Magnezone which spread is better?

31/0/31/30/31/30 = HP Fire 68

or

31/2/31/30/31/30 = HP Fire 70

The extra attack IVs contribute to payback and confusion damage but I feel like HP Fire doing as much as possible is more important.

Hidden Power always has 60 Base Power in gen 6, so I'd say the 31/0/31/30/31/30 one is better.

As much damage on HP fire as can be done is preferred, though in XY Hidden Power only reaches upto 60 BP. Also, the Attack drop doesn't matter nearly as much because those scenarios are fairly rare and the damage is preferred.

So regardless of the actual IV numbers, as long as the spread follows the correct Odd/Even requirements for HP Fire the base power never fluctuates from 60?

Yes Hidden Power now is always set at 60. You only need the correct even/odd iv combinations. Its even in the move description when you look in-game.

Is there any Pokemon that resist the BoltBeam combo? This is just purely out of curiosity, and I am bored at 6 AM, so..
The OU viable pokemon that resist Ice + Electric are the Magnezone line, Rotom-H (and the unviable Rotom-Frost); factoring in abilities, you also get Mamoswine and a few niche Water-type pokemon with Lightningrod.

To answer your other question about Manectric checks and counters, Mega Manectric is stopped by specially bulky pokemon that aren't weak to its Electric STAB, so AV Conkeldurr, Latias with Roost, SpDef Heatran and the like have a good matchup against it, and Mega Charizard-X with Roost can use it as setup fodder. Most choice scarf users can reliably check it, and it's also frail, lacks recovery and is vulnerable to hazards, as it regularly Volt Switches out of battle. With an unboosted attack stat of 135, it's not 'that' powerful, so as a last resort, a lot of pokemon can take a hit and strike back.

What exactly is the threshold for a Replay not being considered Low Ladder and bad evidence? Like for the viability rankings thread, if you wanted to promote something for a viability ranking, what sort of rank would you need to be? 1400? 1700?

Ladder position means nothing, so long as it's actually a good battle. Going up against someone with a Darmanitan and has no idea what they're doing won't persuade anyone, but a solid match means something regardless of rank.

That said, you'll generally find better matches higher up on ladder, so.

Like Kurona mentioned there is Magnemite family and Chinchou family. Thick Fat Mamoswine, Rotom-Heat, Rotom-Frost, Shedinja and Lightning Rod Seaking are the others I can think of.

Is there a link / place with all the 3D models of pokemon?

I've only been able to find sprite collections.
