Ok, but from where did they datamine it if its not in the cartdrige ? Btw does gamefreak have a site where fans can bring ideas ?
Volcanions files are in the games data, there is just no way to legally encounter it yet. Not sure about your second question though.

I'd test this but I have no friends so hi: What are the mechanics related to a Pokemon holding a Mega Stone that doesn't belong to them? i.e. If Blissey holds an Abomasite, will you be unable to Trick it? What happens if you Knock Off an Aerodactyl holding a Gardevoirite? If you can Trick away these items, what would happen if you Trick a Mega Stone to a Pokemon that can Mega Evolve using that Mega Stone? i.e. Latios Tricks a Manectite to a Manectric holding a Choice Scarf.

Mega stones can't be knocked off or tricked even if you give it to a random pokemon. IIRC the same goes with Mail

Edit:
I quickly tested everything and I was wrong here. Mega stones can be knocked off and tricked if given by a random pokemon. Mail can't be tricked but can be knocked off.

You can knock off incorrect Mega Stones, so if you hit Blissey holding a mega stone with Knock Off, it'll get knocked off.

Not sure if Trick gets rid of them though.

Looking for a pokemon that can handle M-Sableye, DD M-altaria, and Bisharp all in one slot if possible...? I was thinking something like Bulky SD Gliscor

Yeah best thing for that is Bulk Up Talonflame IMO but it doesn't really beat Bisharp that reliably.

Gliscor does a fine job checking M-Sableye and Bisharp, but a bit shaky against M-Altaria because it gets 2HKOed after a single boost and Gliscor can't do much back (assuming it switches in as Alt boosts up). Something like Talonflame soft-checks the three of them, but it would need Bulk Up to stand a chance against Foul Play Sab variants and has to play Sucker Punch mindgames against Bisharp when trying to use Flare Blitz (if it runs it). Technically nothing checks all of them reliably in a single slot, so there's that.

EDIT: double ninja'd

What are some of the main advantages of running Special vs Physical M-Altaria? Which is "better" in OU?
most importantly, why do i see so many special sets when there's no way to boost up?

I've tried both on the ladder and my bulky dragon dance set put in a fair bit more work, but i'm also really, really low on the ladder :P

Special sets lure in blanket physical checks like defensive Lando-T for the 2HKO, as well as usually running Fire Blast for steel types and also better counter SubCM Keldeo because Hyper Voice hits through subs.

Generally physical sets are more threatening in terms of being an offensive win condition but special sets are great for support and aren't worn down as easily by Rocky Helmets and whatnot - they also don't care about burns as much. Also mixed wallbreaker sets are incredibly difficult to wall.

I'd say generally physical sets are a bit more threatening but it's such a versatile mon that you can mold to your team's needs.

What's the strongest unboosted attack in OU? Assuming neutral effectiveness, any item and Pokemon that's OU legal?
I'm tempted to say either Tyrantrum's CB Head Smash, or something from LO Landorus, but I haven't run the numbers.
