Could I get some recommendations for a Cosmic Power baton passer?
Lopunny, Delcatty, Solrock, Lunatone, and Smeargle are the only ones which exist. Lopunny is probably the best, but it is not very good unfortunately.
Edit: Lopunny is probably better than Smeargle because Smeargle has no bulk at all which means it has trouble surviving long enough to pass those boosts.

are the only ones... probably Smeargle is your best choice.

I would think that Smeargle is the best? Lopunny seems a bit... meh. Depends on the tier really

Well, there are not a lot of options to choose from. The only pokemons that could learn Cosmic power and baton pass are: Buneary, Delcatty, Lopunny, Lunatone, Skitty, Smeargle, and Solrock. Personally, I would go with Smeargle, but then again, Smeargle has better boosting moves that it can run.
In Lumiose City, but only when you've achieved Max Style.
Dedicated Baton Pass teams with Iron Defense Scolipede and Espeon.

You have to get max style and then Mr. Bonding will show up in one of those Cafes in Lumiose City. Here, watch this tutorial on how to get max style and the Hatching power.

Swagger is banned to Ubers, anyways, but Klefki is a viable spiker due to its awesome typing and support options.
It's probably to make Bisharp a little bit more bulkier so it can tank some resisted hits, since 224 speed EVs on Bisharp still outspeed a lot of other pokemon.
Hey Guys, just 2 questions.
I've read in some places that Aegislash works wonders in a Trick Room team. Considering it's great bulk, unique ability and low speed, I get why it would.
That said though, won't running it in a TR team be counter productive? Since you move first, Aegislash will be left in Blade-Forme since he went first leaving you vulnerable and OHKO worthy.
So, is it truly a good idea to run him on one? If yes, what's the best set for that?

Aegislash, probably not. Eviolite Doublade could probably do some wrecking in TR; it's even slower than Aegislash, more physically bulky, almost as physically damaging, and loses no defense when it attacks. This bastard can shrug off Garchomp Earthquakes like it's no big thing.

Well, Trick room isn't that good, anyway. It would indeed be counter productive, since as you stated, it will be in KO range since it will be out of Shield Forme. Personally, I would not use Aegislash on a trick room team.

Actually Doublade can't just shrug off a gar chomp EQ if it is banded

It is a 3HKO if scarfed though! But doublade has potential, but bettee choices in a TR set.
Oh, certainly there are better choices for TR. Mega Aggron, Escavalier... I myself am partial to CB or AV Machamp. But Doublade is at least a better choice than Aegislash.
Aegislash, Charizard (both mega formes), Talonflame, Greninja, Rotom-W, Garchomp, Tyranitar, Scizor... those are just some of the easily-obtainable Pokemon that you can breed yourself.
