Looking for an effective ev build for excadrill with the following:

Excadrill @ air balloon/leftovers
Mold breaker
Jolly? Adamant? Or something bulkier?

-stealth rock
-EQ
-rock slide
-rapid spin

It's primary goal is to set up rocks & spin, whilst providing toxic/thunder wave immunity & beating spin blockers (gengar). I'd guess something bulkier in terms of EV's would be better?
Adamant 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe. Use Balloon > Leftovers, and note that it can't directly switch into Gengar, or win 1v1 vs. Gengar unless it's AV, but I'm not sure if AV tanks Focus Blast. It can only nail Gengar on the switch with EQ.

I don't quite know if this goes here, but it might so I'll ask it anyway:

How viable would skill swap be in the current ou meta? I ask this because I have just realized a lot of pokemon are very relient on thier abilities in order to be effecttive, for instance: Aegislash, Thunderus-I, Azumaril and Mega Mawile, Scolipede, mega pinsir, mega venusaur, Greninja for sure, and a bunch of others unlisted in the top of the XY viability forum.

Say your mon had a useless ability, and with some prediction you go on a mega mawile while it swords dances, and now you have huge power and the mega is wounded. It could work but I am not sure. Which leads me to my second question: does skill swap still work even after either party switches out?

Hey guys, I read somewhere that Thundurus with T-Wave checks Talonflame. Most Talonflame are choice-banded and can just outspend and outright OHKO if running jolly (which I believe most people do) whereas all Thundurus can do is T-Wave it and hope for a loss of turn, which doesn't mean a check. So how does Thundy check Talon?

Most Talonflame use an adamant nature. Thus, max speed Thundurus outspeeds them and KOs with Thunderbolt. Even if Talon is running jolly, it will mostly spam brave bird. Thundurus can tank it and retaliate with Thunderbolt.
Follow up, does Timid lose out on any important 2/3hkos with lava plume/flamethrower that Modest has?
Unfortunately, i can't access my computer today. So, i can't calculate it for you. But, you can yourself do it on pokemon showdon. Just type /calc in the chat and a link to the calculator will appear.

Hey, hi, yo.

I'm gonna ask a question regarding a mostly irrelevant and gimmicky item Ring Target. See, I remember that you could use this item last gen to for instance burn Darmanitan or similar, but I wonder if this item's effect has been tested this gen around. IE, can you paralyze an electric type or something like that on a Ring Targeted mon? I tried it on Showdown, but although it didn't work, I thought it might be because it's not tested. I'm not denying the possibility that they've removed the item's effect like that, so that's why I'm asking. If it isn't tested, could anyone try it out in WiFi? I don't have the game.

The skill has limited availability and is really situational. Gastro Acid, Mummy, Entrainment, Simple Beam, etc. have the same effect.

Also, Stance Change on Aegislash cannot be removed in any way. It cannot be copied by any ability (Trace) or move (Role Play or Skill Swap), except by Imposter. But even then, Stance Change copied by Imposter will not allow the copier to change formes. There is simply no way to circumvent Aegislash's ability. (Same goes for Multitype on Arceus.)

As I thought. Thank you for answering.
