TrollTile? Where (Sceptile) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty / Naive Nature
- Endeavor
- Leaf Storm
- Focus Blast
- Grass Whistle / Quick Attack / Hidden Power Ice

This set is designed as a lead who can actually fuck up another's team when used correctly. Since Sceptile's sort of frail, it shouldn't be hard to get to Sash or low HP, especially when leads like Galvantula have moves like Bug Buzz that hit Sceptile super-effectively. Now, if the Sash is used, Unburden activates, meaning Sceptile is fast as fuck and can dish out Endeavors EVERYWHERE. (If the opponent doesn't have priority smh fuck Mamo) The other three moves are mainly for hitting hard, as Leaf Storm still hits hard with STAB and Focus Blast can hurt Steels that aren't 1-HPed by Endeavor I guess? I dunno, but it allows Tile to be an offensive threat if you can't lead with him. The last slot is mainly filler, Grass Whistle is trolly if it hits, Quick attack is trolly if you can get off Endeavor, and HP Ice is mainly for Dragons, like Sceptile's mega. Overall, this is a very hard set to use effectively, but it reaps big rewards if you do, and Tile is still a cool offensive threat eitherways.
EDIT: Even if it isn't as good mega endeavor, at least this set allows your team to have another mega u_u

While Zapdos has taken a decent chunk out of regScept's viability, I still think that this set that I posted in C&U sets a couple months ago could function well in this meta.
Mixed Attacker (Poor Man's Mega) Sceptile
Sceptile @ Life Orb
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 36 Atk / 248 SpA / 224 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Energy Ball / Leaf Storm
- Focus Blast / Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Ice] / Hidden Power [Fire]
- Iron Tail

This set distinguishes itself as both a speedy Grass type and a lure for various UU threats depending on the coverage selected. Iron Tail is the main draw of this set to lure Florges, Aromatisse and Whimsciott, but Earthquake is good in this slot too for Fire types (particularly Chandelure and Entei) as well as stuff like Toxicroak and specially defensive Empoleon. HP Ice is probably best for this meta since it can 2HKO Zapdos after SR damage, but HP Fire hits Doublade (if you're running Leaf Storm though, just stick with HP Ice since LS does ~half to Doublade).

EVs outspeed offensive Whimsicott while having a large chance of 2HKOing max defense Florges after SR, but 96 Atk / 188 SpA / 224 Spe can be used to guarantee the 2HKO after SR. The set was made while Calm Florges was more common and it 2HKOed that without SR in most cases so yeah.

The 'Fuck You Florges' set.

This specific set is actually meant to be a bit of a stop to Volt Switch, or any general Electric move. Grassy Terrain is essentially a free +1 to Sceptile, with Modest making this thing the equivalent of a Nuke and getting free leftovers Recovery on top of it all. But come across anything Volt Switch, just switch this sucker in, and if you get in a Grassy Terrain, nothing is safe from Leaf Storm if it doesn't resist. Not even Florges.

+1 252+ SpA Mega Sceptile Leaf Storm vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Florges in Grassy Terrain: 301-355 (83.6 - 98.6%) -- 75% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

POWA.

Sceptile @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Grassy Terrain
- Leaf Storm

- Dragon Pulse

Sceptile @ Sceptilite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Pursuit
- Leaf Blade
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake

Nice speed tier lets it work as a Pursuit trapper to trap slower mons. Typical pursuit stuff.

Sceptile @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Giga Drain
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Dragon Pulse / Endeavor

Works well as a late game sweeper as it fails to OHKO many things without prior damage at +1.
It's a pretty simple strat that started in the gen 4 days. Sub on the switch or on something slower until you get the petaya+unburden boosts and sweep away.
Sub down until your petaya berry activates and gives you a special attack boost AND double speed.
It's up to you where you put the last 4 EV's as it could go in HP to make it so that you get the boost after only 3 subs OR you could make it so that you get the boost at 1 hp to make endeavor more effective.
I personally run HP ground in UU because steels and fires are a thing, but fire or ice could probably work too if you drop dragon pulse.
You could also run focus blast if you're a mad man and like to miss the enemy snorlax that would normally get 2HKO'd at +1 and lose your game.

its a shame that grassy terraining on the switch + leftovers would give florges the recovery to get all its hp back to counteract the rocks damage tho

Fast Bulky Support Sceptile

Sceptile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Mimic
- Leaf Storm/Giga Drain
- Quick Attack
- Endeavor

Another way to use Endeavor but, this time, I pretend to run this move alongside Quick Attack to finish the opponent with a priority move. Mimic allows us to copy some move we normally we aren't allowed to use such as status moves like hazards.
Focus Sash allows us to resist a turn -bar hazards on the field- to use te combination Endeavor + Quick Attack. Leaf Storm + Overgrow is a nice sinergy and the main STAB; you can even use Giga Drain but the loss in power is noticeable.

Max Evs are put in HP in order to give Sceptile some acceptable bulk to work with and max speed is obviously a must have for a monster with such low actual bulk; the remaining EVs are put into Atk with an Hasty nature to preserve the maximum power available with Quick Attack to finish off the opponent.

If u are running a sash endeavor meme take away the hp evs and put them all in attack, you want to be brought to sash

While this is technically correct, this is not a set based only on Endeavor: you want to have the possibility to use even Mimic once or twice per match. Not to mention that Sceptile has a poor bulk even with 248 EVs in HP with an Hasty nature (-Def !! ; +Spe) taking in account weaknesses and resistances and physical Def is already low.

This set still performs as a solid cleaner versus offensive team, although you do drop focus blast for coba or whatever. The upside is being able to lure and remove bulky shits that wall Sceptile normally. You basically remove Blissey/Umbreon/Gligar/etc for sceptile or something else to clean up later on. Main downsides are dropping all of the Leaf Storm Power and Focus Blast coverage. Oh and Substitute without even needing Endeavor still works fine thanks to the number of switches Sceptile can force, so it still comes in handy. Unfortunately all of my replays are too old from this but r0ady's seen it do work
edit: and it's better than non mega endeavor :[

I'd love Grassy Terrain go be useful somewhere, but it's just too situational for Sceptile, imo.

I once used SubPetaya in RU last gen and it was a blast.
