You can't make a thread like that unless it's art, and not graphics such as banners. There's a thread for that.

I'm pretty sure the reason that this kind of stuff has its own thread is because all the "artist" did was run other peoples art through photoshop filters, thereby the art in this thread wasn't originally made by the OP but merely altered.

That being said, this looks amazing. Seconding the awesomeness of the Arceus banner as well as the Umbreon banner.
