You definitely need a Stealth Rock user on this team. While I think your Celebi set is innovative, it is total set up bait. Anything with Taunt is going to shut it down completely, Gyarados in particular. I would change its moveset to:

Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 244 HP / 220 Def / 44 Spe
Nature: Bold (+Def, -Atk)
Leech Seed | Grass Knot | Recover | Stealth Rock

Leech Seed forces a lot of switches. Bulky Waters (Suicune and Vaporeon) and Blissey, easily wall Empoleon. Leech Seed will force them to switch out and it takes advantage of their high HP. Grass Knot also does decent damage on Suicune and turns Celebi into a great Gyarados counter. Stealth Rock should be mandatory on any team. Recover keeps Celebi alive for longer.


Like others have suggested, I would replace Dusknoir with Rotom-H. It may not have a priority move like Dusknoir, but it has much better typing as well as an immunity to Ground attacks.

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
Discharge | Shadow Ball | Overheat | Trick

This Rotom is an amazing revenge killer, allowing you to kill Gyarados and Lucario with the appropriate move. Discharge over Thunderbolt for the higher paralysis chance, which is always nice. Trick is amazing for this team because it allows you to cripple Blissey, allowing Empoleon to sweep much easier.

bribes - i like celebis moveset the way it is because my teamis mainly special and everyone benefits from clam mind getting put there way..so i think my moveset is suffiecient although i did change sub for recover..so shes alive to support the whole team..

and there is a reason im detestant about rotom-A..and that reason is that my team is special...dusknoir is the physical side to the team so i need him for bliss ..do ya see what i mean..

my team is pretty much perfect now =DD

Looks pretty good but I would pour enough EV's to max out Speed and Special Attack if you plan on using him effectively. Infernape is meant to NEVER be hit by an opponent's attack, which is why Focus Sash gets so much use on lead and Stealth Rock sets. The drop in power by using a Scarf over an Orb would weaken and limit Ape, preventing the use of perfect coverage. The only things you would need a scarf for would be Gengar and Latias, off the top of my head.

To be honest, MixApe's Close Combat is used for a few reasons, namely for OHKOing Blissey, Snorlax, T-Tar and Heatran. I'm still recommending it to you over Vacuum Wave but if you firmly believe Vacuum Wave is that important, stick with it.

Is there a reason for the EV investment in Defense (like preventing a certain OHKO or something) and a Bold nature? I'd run full Speed so you can keep up with most Gengar after you Trick away the Scarf/Specs to another opponent and full Special Attack for maximum damage output. Timid nature is also nice to have but Modest is great on the Scarf set if you plan to Draco Meteor something.

Latias with trick and specs could be a very effectiver blissey lure and counter, if you are findin scarf useless try specs, if you are finding specs useless try scarf, it depends on if you are fininding heatran, starmier and gengar problematic, or swampert, zapdos, rotom etc. Both handle infernape gyrados etc. Scarf has the advanatge of countering every fast poke and is the fastest poke ever, while specs has the advanatdge of powering through latias counters, so that next time (E.g.) that troublesome infernape is forced to stay in.

But latias needs timid nature for specs, and modest for scarf, she has high enough defences to switch in, but then requires max speed and special attack to powerthrough her counter, or the poke she is revenge killing. I suggest specs as it makes altias a great counter for water types 2hko pretty much all standard bulkywaters.

and go for a mixape, in the current metagame the physical mix ape is more effective in general, but I feel the old nastyplot mix ape with orb could be a great wall breaker for your team and also handles the water type which troubles empoleon.

This team can be raped by Starmie and I don't see Dusnoir doing much for you other then spin blocking. An easy replacement for this is either ScarfRotom or even a SleepTalkng Spiritomb if you'd like.
