Concept

The idea with this team is for Torterra to get off a Rock Polish and do some sweeping until he's about to get hit with a Fire type attack. Then he passes the torch - literally - to Heatran, who takes the Flash Fire boost and continues the sweep. Swampert kills or seriously dents other leads who try to set up Rocks or Trick him an item, sets up his own Rocks if he gets the chance, and then switches out.

Swampert.png

Swampert @ Leftovers
Torrent
Relaxed
240 HP/216 Def/52 SAtk
Roar
Ice Beam
Earthquake
Stealth Rock

Pretty standard MixPert. The opponent expects me to set up Rocks, so they use their first turn to Taunt, set up an entry hazard of their own, or Trick a Choice item onto Swampert (Swampert can make good use out of ay of the three Choice items.) He can hit most leads for at least 50%, and can KO Aerodactyl without Focus Sash.
He's suprisingly durable, as I can bring him out a couple more times later in the match to do more damage.
Heatran and Heracross can switch into Grass attacks aimed at Swampert without worry.

Heracross.png

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Guts
Adamant
252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spd
Megahorn
Close Combat
Stone Edge
Pursuit
I really do like Choice Scarf Heracross, but I feel like her moveset needs a little tweaking. Close Combat rips through a lot, and even does sizable chunks to things that resist it. When she's not using Close Combat, she's using Megahorn. The last two moves kind of go to waste. I'm wondering what to replace them with. Maybe drop the Scarf and change her set all together? I don't know... I like the speed and power, but it just feels like I'm using a Pokemon that only has two moves.
Heatran can switch in on Fire and Psychic, and pretty much the whole team can switch into measly Aerial Aces.

Jolteon.png

Jolteon @ Choice Specs
Volt Absorb
Timid
HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Signal Beam
Hidden Power [Grass]

This Pokemon is quick and painless death for a lot of things. Actually it could be consdiered quite painful, since his STABed Thunderbolts do awesome damage to just about anything that isn't immune to it. Shadow Ball and Hidden Power deal with Ghosts and Grounds, respectively. The only move I've questioning on this set is Signal Beam. I haven't really had to use it all that much, and I'm open to suggestions on a replacement move.
Nothing on my team is immune to Ground, though Swampert, Torterra, and to an extent Heracross can switch in on it without taking too much damage.

Metagross.jpg

Metagross @ Life Orb
Clear Body
Naughty
252 Atk/124 SAtk/132 Spd
Ice Punch
Earthquake
Grass Knot
Meteor Mash

Metagross has replaced Mamoswine. I haven't tested it much, but it seems to serve the same Dragon slaying purpose, as well as offering some more variety to the team.
And he's still some Fire-bait for Heatran.

Torterra.png

Torterra @ Life Orb
Overgrow
Adamant
6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Earthquake
Seed Bomb
Stone Edge
Rock Polish

Strong, sturdy, and surprisingly fast after a Rock Polish. The idea is to Rock Polish on something that will switch out, and then sweep. Torterra is underated - he's very capable of wreaking havoc. He's also one of the three Pokemon that lure in Fire attacks for my sweeper of the Special spectrum, Heatran. Ice goes to Heatran too; these guys work great together.

Heatran.png

Heatran @ Leftovers
Timid
Flash Fire
6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Substitute
Toxic

When Torterra's not making the world shake, Heatran's setting it on fire. With three Fire-weak team members, Heatran can get a Flash Fire boost pretty easily. Sub up on the switch, and watch the world burn.
I'm looking for serious advice on this set. Should I drop Substitute for a more offensive set? I don't want to Scarf him, because I need him to be flexible enough to clean up in the endgame. And without a Scarf, I fear that the lack of a Substitute would make him too vulnrable. What's your advice?

Thanks for rating! Wish me luck!

Note to mods: I posted another RMT a couple days ago, but no one posted in it and so I made some big revisions to my team on my own. Please don't lock this; if you need to lock one of my threads to comply with the rules, lock the old one.

Alright you have 4 electric absorbers =/ boy a mono electric team will have problems with you. Torrtera, Mamoswine, Swampert, and Jolteon.
Alright Swamperts fine good lead but I would suggest getting rid of surf and adding Roar so you can phaze also helps SR eat at the pokes damage which will help you in the long run.
Also on mamoswine putting 6 def doesn't make it any different from 4 def nothing changes. Get rid of dragon pulse and add toxic on heatran you want to stall/kill. Change heatrans nature to Naive to outspeed other heatran which make your speed 278 while most other heatrans run hp(ice) makeing their speed 277 and earthpower will kill them and you easily win the speed tie.
You already have to much ground move coverage and add pursuit on heracross for trapping mainly on gengar and latias and others if needed.
That's all have a good day.

I made some changes based on Rain Dance's contributions.
I'm seriously wanting to replace Mamoswine, and I'd greatly appreciate some advice on what to replace him with (it should be able to kill Dragons.)

Metagross with Ice Punch can go over Mamoswine. Switch in on Outrage and KO. Almost any of the sets in the analysis should do, but CB is your best bet.

On Torterra, you probably want to go with Seed Bomb over Wood Hammer. The recoil from that and the Life Orb will add up really fast.

Jolteon looks good. I say keep Signal Beam just as an ace-in-the-hole to deal with Celebi in a pinch.

This is a solid team. Try it out, then see what you have the most problems with. That will make it a lot easier to suggest replacements.

I've been using Metagross instead of Mamoswine, but he's not doing much. Swampert actually handles Dragons for me more often than I thought he did, and Jolteon's Thunderbolt hits Salamence hard.

Now I'm just looking for something to put in Metagross' spot... I don't know if it should be an attacker, or a wall, or what - whatever you guys thinks my team needs.

Oh, and if this helps, the two things that give me a lot of trouble are Celebi and Breloom. I can typically kill Celebi, albeit taking a lot of damage and losing a guy or two, but Breloom seems to beat me every time. What could I put in place of Metagross that'd offer me a good way of dealing with Breloom?
I was considering Azelf... Your thoughts?

If Breloom is really bothering you, then replace Pursuit with Sleep Talk on Heracross to absorb spore, and then you'd need a counter, the best of which is Celebi. Perhaps it could go over Metagross, since you said it never does much. Also, Azelf is a bad choice as it'll still get 2HKO'd by Focus Punch.

a celebi of your own with twave, hp fire/ice, grass knot and recover will help you deal with opposing celebis in tandem with your heatran as well as shut down loom completely...
opposing scarftran with hp grass really fuck with you though, as well as zapdos (esp subroost).
stoss blissey could really help you out but you don't have room for it. sleep talking cressalia could solve a lot of your problems though, as long as you play smart with pert and hera to beat tar.

A Pokemon that might give Breloom trouble is Honchkrow, who has Insomnia to prevent sleep and is the only Pokemon with Insomnia to outspeed Breloom (by 1 base point XD). It can't take Focus Punches, though, so be wary of switching repeatedly into Breloom (might skip Spore and just F Punch).

A Yanmega can Air Slash it and rip it two times over and also resists Fighting and Grass (it's main STAB moves) doubly, but some variants with Stone Edge might be trouble.

They both also happen to be Stealth Rock weak, so meh. :|

Edit: LOL I'm so failurely slow (with lousy advice >_<)

LO Swine can do a lot to your team, only Scarf Cross can reliably take it on and Ice shad will severly limit his days due to SR. I'm thinking of Scarfing your Heatra, but I understand you may not want to do that, and that's fine.

I also suggest using an LO Jolteon with Charge Beam over Signal Beam to make an effective sweeper while still retaining firepower and being a more than acceptable revenge killer.

Mind rating my team?
