Why hello! This is my first post, and after reading a great deal about Pokémon strategies around these forums and the main site, I decided to make myself a team. This team has been doing great for me on Shoddy, with a win rate of 11-1, but I'm going to be using these guys on my DS, over WiFi.
Team at a Glance:

In Depth:

Aerodactyl @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Jolly Nature
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Rock Slide
-Ice Fang -> Earthquake
This guy has stopped many strategies down cold. It protects my team from (Toxic) Spikes/Stealth Rock, and destroys any attempts at Baton Passing. I chose him after my other lead, Skarmory, got dominated by one over on Shoddy. I gave him a try and my team no longer had to worry about those nasty switch-in damagers! Taunt and Stealth Rock are obvious, and I opted for Rock Slide over Stone Edge because of the flinching, and Ice Fang is just in case.

Heracross @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Guts
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Close Combat
-Night Slash
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge
Gotta love this guy. He's been with me since I got my Silver Version all those years ago. He's my go-to guy for Statuses and Psychic/Ghost types. With the Choice Scarf, he out speeds all non-Scarfed Pokémon and can Night Slash for the kill. Close Combat and Megahorn, his two STABs, can also put the whoopin' on anything that don't resist them. Stone Edge is for those pesky Flying types.

Salamence @ Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
80 Atk/252 SpA/176 Spe
Rash Nature
-Draco Meteor
-Outrage
-Flamethrower
-Earthquake
The MixMence from the main site. Draco Meteor seriously dents anything that's not Steel, and Flamethrower/EQ get those that resist it. Outrage is for when I'm stuck in a tight spot, usually against other Salamence or Dragonite.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
252 HP/252 SpD/4 Spe
Calm Nature
-Seismic Toss
-Toxic
-Softboiled -> Wish
-Protect
Oh, Blissey. I love Blissey. She serves the standard purpose as the special wall, but I added Protect just for fun. It helps when I'm facing a physical opponent who's going to die in one more Toxic hit. All I do is switch into a Special, Toxic on the switch, then switch out. Also very useful late game, when the opponent is left with a special attacker.

Porygon-Z @ Choice Scarf/Expert Belt
Ability: Download
4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Modest/Timid Nature
-Tri Attack
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic
My special sweeper. This guy runs through a bunch of Pokémon, and especially easily with the Choice Scarf. Download gives me a bunch of special attack bonuses, because most of the Pokémon in OU have higher defense than special defense. With a Modest Nature, I usually use the Choice Scarf, but with Timid, I can opt for the Expert Belt.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
Adamant Nature
-Dragon Dance
-Waterfall
-Ice Fang -> Stone Edge
-Earthquake
The best physical sweeper I've used so far. I Dragon Dance on the switch, and the combination of Water/Ice/Ground has great type coverage. I easily rip through the opponents teams and find myself with victory! Woohoo!
Troubles:
I have troubles with some Steel Pokémon if my Salamence goes down, especially Bronzong with Levitate. Also, Bullet Punch Scizor can kill my Salamence if it gets lucky, and it's free to put the hurt on my team.
Thanks in advance for your help!
